Five stars for Caremore of Waterford. The whole staff was nothing short of amazing. They take a person approach to each patient in this home like setting. All the caregivers, were genuinely caring and were cognisant from a therapy approach to patients needs. I don't remember every caregiver name , so I won't name each, because I would not want to leave anyone out. Amanda, the director, was nothing short of impressive, professional, and amazing. She always communicated to us, listened to our needs, and made sure all staff followed through on everything regarding my mom. The owners had an open mind and always worked with us on issues with my mom, and I appreciated that. My moms last hours were presented with staff doing everything possible to save her life. My mom unfortunately passed last week, but it was always comforting to my family and myself to know when I left Caremore, my mom was always taken good care of. Thank you so very much staff , Amanda and owners of Caremore!
