My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting the facility in 2022, we toured the entire facility at that time. What was most memorable, the facility was immaculate and no unpleasant odor of any kind in the facility. The interaction with the staff from calling the facility and the encounter with each staff member in person was a positive experience. The staff and the residents are very friendly, everyone very happy, upbeat and moving around in the facility. My husband and I decided to select this facility after touring at least 10 facilities for our aunt who needed the memory care services as well. This is a family oriented facility dedicated and committed to taking very good care of our aunt. The staff has demonstrated how much they care and willing to help our aunt. My husband and I are very pleased with the care our aunt receiving at the facility. The Arbor Inn has a spacious recreational room available for the residents, friends and family. We recently utilized the recreational room and it was a beautiful gathering for my aunt and her classmates. If you are on the fence trying to decide where to place your love one. Please notify Tara the Admission Director and she will answer all of your questions and address your concerns. Tara assisted my husband and I through the entire process. My husband and I want to thank the staff for all their hard work and dedication. It means a lot.

My brother and I reviewed a few other facilities in the last few months for our mom's care. After talking to Tara and her staff we decided Arbor inn was the place for our mom. The transition was not easy, the staff at Arbor Inn was helpful, kind and supportive as our mom acclimated to her new surroundings. Arbor Inn is always clean and accommodating when we visit. I feel good knowing that my mom is a safe and in a friendly environment. Mostly I feel happy knowing that our mom is feeling comfortable and secure in her new residence.

The Arbor Inn has been very good for my Aunt, who has made new friendships in the 4 years that she has been here. She is very happy with her room and food. The staff is friendly, loving and kind. They have many activities for the residents and are attentive to their personal needs with multiple care levels, including a secure memory care unit at reasonable costs when compared with other facilities in the area.

My sisters and I are very grateful and thankful for the staff at The Arbor Inn. They go above and beyond to assist our mother, they're very patient, gentle and caring with her. I am so pleased with the care that my brother is receiving at the Arbor Inn. Brian is not always the easiest or most pleasant person to deal with and the staff continually goes the extra mile. The staff has been so patient with Brian since he moved in a year ago. We have never known the peace of mind we now have since Brian has been staying at the Inn. He has made some friends since moving in and that would have never happened if he stayed home alone in is house. We don't have to worry, we know he is enjoying great meals, and activities if he chooses to participate. You can see the difference in his social ability since living here. The facility has a lovely courtyard and the hallways are great for walking exercise throughout the winter months. There is always staff on duty and you can actually find them on the floor. Any request I have ever made was addressed and task finished with a smile. (Dana, that's my girl she can make my brother smile and laugh on his worst day and make it better.) The activities director is so sweet and always makes sure Brian gets his ice-cream treat. I toured many facilities in the area and I will check in here when my time comes and I need assistance. Now that the construction in done on 14 mile I would give the Arbor Inn 6 stars.

Our dad has been at Arbor Inn for almost 3 years and everyday we are grateful we found this place! Dad is happy with his room, the food and the friends he's made including the kind staff. Dad's aids are kind, helpful and available. Our family has always found the help and support we needed whether in person, by phone or occasionally via email. Calls and emails are returned, any questions or concerns are discussed and addressed appropriately and in a friendly, respectful manner. For Dad it's the little things that mean a lot: the smiles, polite service, encouragement, greetings in the hallway, honest and genuine caring, even the monthly birthday parties. He enjoys the pleasant artwork and plants in the bright hallways and the beautiful sunny courtyards. We appreciate that there are numerous living rooms, a library and an activity room he can use if he wants to. Covid restrictions have been challenging but the primary concern at Arbor Inn has been resident safety. We managed to have visits at his window until he could venture out again. Everyone had to make the best of it. As far as the nursing and wellness staff goes they are 100% on their game. Without fail. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Yes, some things are not as we'd like because of his insurance, not because of the facility, like finding a PT that comes to the building. We are still looking for one that is taking new clients and takes his insurance and visits onsite. The building and his rooms are clean and functional. The office is run efficiently and with the necessary procedures and processes to ensure safety and a welcoming living arrangement. Overall, what started as a nervous family needing to place their father into someone else's care became a family at peace with their decision. We thank each and every one of you at Arbor Inn!

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility as a commercial cleaning business owner. Feeling comfortable that a business is clean during the time of covid is very important to me, especially considering the residents are elderly and some, if not most, have compromised immune systems. I was also impressed with the friendliness of the admissions department. They were helpful and made the process easy to understand.

I was admitted here on 11/5/2021 after researching online for an assisted living facility. I found the Arbor Inn to be reasonably priced and a good value for the money. All the staff here have been helpful to me and the kitchen has been accommodating my renal diet of no beef or pork. The surroundings are pleasant and staff keep everything neat and tidy as possible. I would recommend the Arbor Inn for anyone looking for assisted living.

My dad was 91 and couldn't live on his own any longer. I've lived nearby to Arbor Inn and have always believed it looked like a peaceful, friendly place to have my elderly parents live if/when the time came. I was not disappointed. My dad was as crabby, mean and nasty as they come but still the staff was understanding and kind. They made a difficult time a lot easier. I am glad I followed my gut and brought my dad to a neighborhood assisted living facility with heart! Thank you to all the heroes of Arbor Inn!

I visit my mom at work often and this facility is so clean. I love how all the staff know the residents by name - its like a family here. I really wish when my great-grandma was looking for a place she had been here. It is so hard to find a place that is clean, understanding and friendly these days. The staff truly care here. I love visiting.

I have a relative here and I’m very pleased. They’ve kept my loved one safe and in compliance with Covid restrictions but still kept residents engaged. I’m happy that my relative was kept safe although I couldn’t see them like I’ve wanted to but it’s for their safety. Thank you Arbor Inn!

We had our Uncle here for 6 years and always found the Arbor Inn to be an exceptional assisted living facility. Uncle Ray was always treated with respect and all of his needs were well met. The food was good, the facility clean and well maintained and the staff made extra efforts to keep the family informed of any changes in his health. As Rays health declined the Arbor inn staff helped us select a Hospice providor which allowed him to remain in the setting in which he felt safe and comfortable until his death. During this 6 year period Arbor Inn proved to an excellent home for Ray.

I was in this community a little over a week ago on business. The building was bright, modern and very welcoming. Dion, the administrator was friendly, kind and very helpful. All staff who I encountered were professional and helpful. Residents all had smiles on their clean faces. Everyone was nicely dressed, hair combed and the wheelchairs and walkers were all clean. Lunch smelled wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit.

My mom was there abt 11 years. They take care of meds, help with showers. When we had trouble with roommate they were very responsive and got her moved as soon as I asked.When she had a deep surgery in her thigh the Arbor Inn called in Wound Care nursing,something moms surgeon never mentioned.Mom was happy with food (she had complained abt food in previous home). Staff was always friendly, helpful.Mom enjoyed bingo, the many holiday and birthdayparties with the entertainers that were brought in. is not a rich and fancy home. But its clean, well maintained, easy to navigate, friendly and helpful. And it is not $6000 or $8000 per month.

My father needed more care than we were able to provide at home for him. We were very fortunate to get him a room here at the Arbor Inn. The entire staff treated him like a member of the family and he received the best care anyone could have asked for.
