My parents moved in recently and I can not say enough great things about the staff, as well as the facility. Michelle started off our experiance with a tour answering all of our questions. She is always available with any additional help or questions. It is a beautiful place very clean and well kept. My father has been raving about the food. Jackie has been a great help to my father with care for my mother. I am so glad we found them, it has been such a blessing for the family that we don't have to worry about them knowing their is always someone there when we can't be.

American House Park Place is an amazing place for your loved one. The staff are so helpful, thoughtful and caring. They made my father’s transition into his new life seamless. They go above and beyond in every way. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful and clean. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a beautiful new home for their loved one as they age. A special thank you to Michelle, Jackie, Tina and Grace for all you’ve done for our family. And I’m sure plenty others.

My aunt has been at park place for almost 5 years. When we we looking for a senior living apartment for her, my moms comment was that if she ever had to live at any senior facility, this is where she would want to be. We looked at many, many facilities and Park Place was by far the best. We have been very happy with the staff and the many amenities they offer. Even during this time of the pandemic, the care has been exceptional. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

I searched for a year to find a place for my dad and his lady friend. I new when i walked in this was a clean and great place for them. A resident walked up and said that she lioved it here. The staff is RESPECTFUL KIND AND CARING. When theres a problem they are wiing to wilto to sovle it

Both of my parents lived here, then just one parent. The caregivers (5-star!) were exceptional, very kind and patient (most important aspect in my book). The apartment was beautiful and kept clean. Hardly any laundry mistakes. On the buildings enhanced side, the dining room was FREEZING in the morning at breakfast. The days food was mediocre and too high in sodium, often lukewarm and a bit bland. No creativity in the kitchen. Events were just ok. The walk path behind the building is lovely...
