Seven months ago we started working with the Mgmt. at AH Park Place regarding the move in of my mother in-law. Immediately we noticed their sincerity and commitment to making this new phase of her life as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Since the move in, we have found the AH Park Place staff to be at that same level of commitment to the safety and comfort of all their residences. We visit the facility often and can't say enough about the cleanliness, quality of the programs and staff. It's wonderful to hear my mother in-law tell us how much she enjoys the facility, programs and staff. Job well done AH Park Place!

I am a RN and I looked at so many places for my dad I have worked in lots of nursing homes so I know what to expect, this place is amazing it allows my dad to still have his independence after his CVA but giving him the added support he needs the staff are caring it's like an extended family now he has been living here for about 6 months now and I couldn't be more happy

American House Park Place is an oasis in a very busy area of Warren. Surrounded by state protected land, providing a tranquil environment for residents. Balconies and patios are available for those to fully enjoy the life affirming gift of nature. There are several options for different apartments, and studios. The food is delicious, the menu offers a wide variety of cuisines. The staff is caring, resourceful, visible and accessible. They have an open door policy, and they live up to it. Like many senior living communities, American House offers a caregiving staff, allowing you to age in place. Also included are activities and trips to local attractions.

American House Park Place is a gem located in the heart of Warren as the community replicates a cruise ship and is the perfect place for your loved one to sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities this community has to offer. The management team at Park Place is second to none. Lance is a great Executive Director as he deals with all customer concerns and follows-up with my family in a timely manner. April, has been a phenomenal help as she introduced to the community and gave us a great first impression. April has been great in answering any questions we may have. Katelyn, has been great at explaining the payment process and has great help in being patient and answering my grandmother's questions. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs independent living or wants to downsize from a home to a luxury apartment.

American House Park Place is your hidden Oasis nestled right in the heart of Warren. The moment you walk in you feel right at home as you're greeted by friendly and smiling faces. The water features and atrium view apartments come second to none. You can see that whole Park Place team is one big happy family and they all strive to make every guest and resident feel included. April is the most kind and sweetest person to work with when searching for your loved ones next residence. She will always go above and beyond. I highly recommend this community for all to tour.

Rebecca was such a kind and compassionate person and helped my client tremendously when she was looking to sell her condo and move into senior living. The facility is beautiful and feels like a resort. We toured 2 other facilities and fell in love with American House. It was a very stressful situation and my client was very reluctant to start the process, but Rebecca put her at ease and she is now excited to start the next chapter of her life in her new apartment. 🙂

The excellent team at American House Park Place really went to bat for my family when our loved one needed respite care after a fall. The staff are caring and attentive, there is enthusiasm about the food and dining room folks and the rooms and facilities are well kept. This is a terrific Senior living setting, very supportive of independence.

I have resided at the American House Park Place for almost 5 months and could not be happier. The staff is friendly and helpful, beginning with my initial inquiry with Lance and April and continuing with my staff interactions for the past 5 months. The facility is clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. I feel that I could not have found a senior apartment where I would be as comfortable and happy as I am.

American House, Park Place is meeting our expectations for our beloved family member. April gave us a walk through the property and all it has to offer. She advised that "It's like a cruise ship on land" ... They have not disappointed! I am the caregiver for a family member. The creative activities for the residents are excellent. Wanda and Nina do an amazing job. The administrative staff has been gracious and supportive. Upon moving in, Amanda ensured every obstacle was removed to present a comfortable transition for our family member's new environment. I am pleased with the open-door interactions we have had and look forward to her future in this accommodating community.

My parents moved in recently and I can not say enough great things about the staff, as well as the facility. Michelle started off our experiance with a tour answering all of our questions. She is always available with any additional help or questions. It is a beautiful place very clean and well kept. My father has been raving about the food. Jackie has been a great help to my father with care for my mother. I am so glad we found them, it has been such a blessing for the family that we don't have to worry about them knowing their is always someone there when we can't be.

My aunt has been at park place for almost 5 years. When we we looking for a senior living apartment for her, my moms comment was that if she ever had to live at any senior facility, this is where she would want to be. We looked at many, many facilities and Park Place was by far the best. We have been very happy with the staff and the many amenities they offer. Even during this time of the pandemic, the care has been exceptional. Everyone is so kind and helpful.

I searched for a year to find a place for my dad and his lady friend. I new when i walked in this was a clean and great place for them. A resident walked up and said that she lioved it here. The staff is RESPECTFUL KIND AND CARING. When theres a problem they are wiing to wilto to sovle it

Both of my parents lived here, then just one parent. The caregivers (5-star!) were exceptional, very kind and patient (most important aspect in my book). The apartment was beautiful and kept clean. Hardly any laundry mistakes. On the buildings enhanced side, the dining room was FREEZING in the morning at breakfast. The days food was mediocre and too high in sodium, often lukewarm and a bit bland. No creativity in the kitchen. Events were just ok. The walk path behind the building is lovely...
