Left my loved one in a wheelchair all night. High turnover and inexperienced workers. Company was not willing to work with us with no communication by e-mail or phone. Had to schedule a meeting with American House and them to get their attention.

Balanced Home Care has been caring for my mother for over two years. While no company is perfect, we’ve been very pleased over all with the staff in her community. It’s been a challenging few years but they’ve always had caring staff available 24 hours a day. Their corporate office is very responsive to (Justin is great) addressing any issues. We moved here from another facility (where I never felt my mother was well cared for) and been very confident in her care. I highly recommend the Balanced team.

We used Balanced Home Care to assist with our mom while she was also in hospice in her home. The entire staff was loving and attentive to my mom and I really appreciated the care they provided us while we couldnt always be with mom. While we worked the caregivers attended to moms needs. Highly recommend their team!

Right now in sterling height have a good manager.when other people intrude into like RN from the main office start firing good work and they live the worst worker. Those RN from the office they are very rude they arent professional to speak to the workwr or ask whats going on. They dont have no idea and intrude in situations that they dont know anything about it. Just they want to boss. Why the heck they a manager in each office if always they want to controlled.

Hired them to take care of my father, I was burning out while trying to work and take care of him. Reliable caregivers, great customer service (everytime I called, I got answers right away). Highly recommend them!

Balanced Home Care at Oakmont Livonia has changed our lives. After our father passed away we moved our Mom to Oakmont. She was able to take her own meds and care for herself. But when her memory began to fail my sisters and I were calling daily to remind her to take her meds three times a day. She started telling us she had taken them and had not. When Balanced Home Care took over our lives changed. First of all the ladies are amazing. My Mom loves each and every one of them and they love her. It was quite important that Mom got her meds in a timely fashion and her life changed too...for the better. She is much healthier now!! Also she was not taking her eye drops at night. So Mom gets a visit from these wonderful people up to four times a day. Recently we had to add a cream and they got her meds and applied as needed and things cleared up! We love all of them too! We know there are other services we can take advantage of as needed. Peace of mind is important to family members, we know when we need another service Balanced Home Care will provide it with the same kind and caring detail they do now!!

We hired Balanced Home Care to take care of my mother who lives in a senior community. My mother was not interested in help, but needed some assistance badly. The care team was patient and kind with her. My mothers attitude totally changed once she saw people wanted to help her, and it wasnt a burden to anyone. I cant say enough good things about them! My mother now calls all of them her adopted grandchildren!

My mother was admitted to Brookdale assisted living, Novi, in December of 2016. I wanted her to fit in, so I got her a partial assist package with Balanced home care. I quickly realized that most of the workers were not only good at their job, but that they honestly cared about the residents that they were taking care of.The supervisor of Balanced, in Novi, was a dedicated person named Tracy. Some of the others that filled her shoes, so that she could do the needed administrative tasks, were Laquisha, Tatyana, Andrea, Timeka, (the one in the hat) Lasha, Staveena, and Valerie. Each and every one of them helped me get through the tough times (after my mother had twostrokes) that left her partially paralyzed. My mother ended up having Hospice care, in her apartment. She was often in pain, which I found difficult to manage. The workers of Balanced Home Care were consistently there to help my mother.Sincerely, Dennis Dasher
