WE LOST JOHNNY MURPHY 7-2-24 NEVER RECOVERED IN SHOCK&(WAS THERE A CO ON THAT BUILDING )GODS SAKE I STAYED UPSTAIRS JOHNNY HAS ACUTE SLEEP WALKING AND IS IN SHOCK WE ALL ARE *THANK YOU FOR ROLLEY MURPHY 2 THANK YOU FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR SAVING ROLLEY 2 BLESS YOU HE WAS IN THERE 4 DAYS 3RD FLOOR CAVED IN*AND YOU SAVED OUR LIVES THERE WASN'T ANY ALARMS NOTHING*WE LIVED THERE ALMOST 8 YEARS *OH WHY NO ALARMS OMG I'VE TOLD YOU ABOUT SMOKING IM PAYING $2.,1 FOR 12 DAYS WHAT'S GOING ON HELP US(IM FURIOUS YOUR $1 THOUSAND DOLLARS DOESNT CUT IT*YOU WHERE GONE REBECCA FOR 3 WEEKS AND PRIOR YOU GAVE NOTE ETT ALL ENTIRE BUILDING WAS GETTING CITY INSPECTION ON 10-23?????OUR HOME IS GONE! I've been living here for 3 years and I got a good place to stay... I'm so thankful to Rebecca that when I'm first move in this place especially is Covid-19's at that time....but I will make it short story .. Rebecca the manager... I'm so grateful and thankful for giving me this apartment, very clean, new carpet. new paint wall, all appliances clean, new air condition when I first move in my unit.. Janet and the maintenance are great. They working hard everyday to keep the building clean and safe... thank you guys... To Rebecca(Property Manager) thanks for being kind and helpful for us..your awesome.. God bless..

The staff is good and very responsive to needs. I had to downgrade from 4 stars to three. I've lived here 4 years. I really enjoy living here. I love my apartment and my view. The rent is very affordable. Most of the residents who have been here are nice. But lately the people moving in seem like they just don't really care about others. They're rude and gossipy and seriously do you need management to tell you to shut off you blaring balcony lights and take your party inside at 2 am? What's happened to manners?

The facility is not a nursing home or In assisted living this already, it is an independent Facility, and The step has their act together in works quite well with the other residents. On a scale of 1 to 10, wanna be an extremely poor 10 being extremely good inventa esthetic I would give them a 9.
