I just spoke with the most wonderful person at this establishment. Her name is Tiffany and man it was a joy! Her professionalism and extensive knowledge were most superb! She was EXTREMELY helpful with such great customer service expertise. I mention this, because customer service is almost extent nowadays. She went over and beyond my mom and I expectations. She knew what she was talking about but at the same time, I felt like I was talking to a friend or family member. Her interpersonal skills were fabulous. Definitely a different experience than what I've had before.

Management is everything. I live out of town and come to Michigan to visit my mother at Trowbridge who has been living here for many years. The new manager Keisha is like a breath of fresh air. We know that no matter what the issue may be, we will be greeted by Keisha with a smile and that she will do her utmost to help. I feel confident leaving my mom, knowing that the support staff is there for her. Thank you, Keisha for all that you do.

Its alright, but when they stop serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to the teanates kinda turned me off, because these people, senior citizens, retirees need to eat,some cannot do for themselves.

My mother lives in the facility for almost two years now. It is a nice place but they seem to have many problems with the heat/air condition and now the hot water goes out often. They need a better system of making sure the facility maintains the items that the residents need.

After touring many communities, my parents decided to move into The Park at Trowbridge. It is an adjustment but they are liking their apt very much. It is very spacious and my mom was able to install her own washer dryer in their unit which was a top priority for her. The Park cleaned, painted & updated the flooring before they moved in and it was done extremely well. My parents do enjoy the meals although sometimes it can get a little repetitious. She has said they need more vegetables/ entree salads on the menu. The staff are nice and reply quickly. The maintenance men are very helpful. The building is being updated and is modern and airy. Hopefully it will be completed soon. Overall my parents are happy with our choice and look forward to the many years to come.

My inlaws recently moved in. Father in law normally not real social, but has been enjoying the activities and entertainment. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Staff go out of their way to cater to the residents and they are smiling.
