Leaking water. Dirty hall carpet. Door issues. Price increase this year for a one bedroom is not justified. No upgrades to show for it. It's not an assisted living apartment. They never advertised it as such. That's fine but the parking is a bad joke and most parking here is for disabled persons and the employees. The employees don't live there so they should park on the roof. They're not paying rent! The space in both one and two apartments is ok. The parking side and back entry NEED IMMEDIATE CLEANING HELP! One of the employees parks his big suv in the firelane. People like to leave their buggies in the hallway on the 2nd floor very frequently. It's quiet inside until you open the windows on the Providence Drive side. It's not constant noise though. The fire alarm went off several times and tenants don't receive an all clear, false alarm, etc notice, so to some degree things around there are dated. It's not the worse place but they are past due for some needed things. It looks kinda nice outside...a bit better than the actual living areas inside, truthfully. It's supposed to be non smoking complex but just like other rules around there, a handful smoke cigarettes, etc anyway. Maybe that's why the alarm goes off or went off so frequently? The one bedroom unit is NOT $9$$ it's over $1000 now. Something like $1095?. That's a deal IF for those on a budget monthly income have anything left over AND Solaire makes some changes to benefit the tenants

I have lived here for 2 years. The tenant here are like family and look out for each other. It's an adult community, 55+ which is nice. Manage is getting better at meeting tenant needs. The 24 HR security is nice to have. All in all as apts go it's ok. The parking situation could be better, but hey. Where can you find everything, right. Well I have been here for 6 1/2 years now. Things have changed. The amenities that brought me here are gone. We no longer have security at the front desk( which is (GREATLY) needed from 2pm until 12 midnight. They are at the ugate( sometimes) at night. The beautiful fountain in front is on sometimes( one of the main draws to the outside front). The building needs more maintenance help. The people we have are excellent. No more movie nights( enjoyed those), the tenant age went up and we have more tenants that are not physically active so we have less going’s on. All in all, the luxury in the apartment building description is starting-to lack. The rent has gone up but it seems nobody cares about us the tenants. The best tenants are leaving because of this. The quality of the tenants is going down. They don’t participate in activities, boot friendly, disrespectful of building rules. Some just don’t care about the rules, ghetto acting! We old tenants party together and look out for each other. The amenities are all but gone. No front desk security at all. That was a main reason most of us moved in. And the security patrol vehicle has been gone since the new owners took over 4 years ago. Don’t know how much longer I will be here. ♀️ Make no mistake. Our office staff is the best!! Shannon and Jennifer are our managers and Tray is our Tenant Consultant. Our maintenance staff works hard all day every day. We just need more security staff which falls to the owners and property management services. I’m not complaining about management. They are working with what they are given

Peaceful as long as you don't open your window(s) for air. Between the recurring firetrucks/ambulances, speeding drivers up and down providence dr, the "visitors" with really loud music coming from their vehicle and the ongoing parking lot traffic of people that don't live at solaire and are not visiting especially late at night. Not sure if all of these folks are heading to the work out room, secretly living there or what, but for a complex that is supposed to be for active residents that are 62 years and over something seems quite off! The unusual leasing office preference that the residents don't use the front entrance to bring groceries, etc in instead use the back entrance, especially if you're using their buggies that disappear frequently. The on the garage roof parking is slippery footing if it rains. cars parked there with people just sitting in it is not comfortable. It's quiet inside and that's a plus. It's an overall clean building with some exceptions. the parking situation is rather ridiculous though. I suppose the winter months will be more on the quiet side (since windows will be closed) for those that live closest to providence dr. nope, not considering becoming a resident there. there are much worse situations and there are better. Loud motorcycles treat providence dr like a freeway. there are other issues and they truly need to be addressed asap.
