They dont interact with the residents like they should. They have non certified aides helping residents that are supposed to be two people assist and shpuld be in a nursing home. The food and temps of the fridge freezer and storage not kep. Tjey skimp you on your paycheck. The food i wouldnt feed my dog. They don't supply the proper meals for certsin diets. All i saw were hot dogs corn dogs and fish sticks. Didnt puree the food for the dependent feeder that was unable to even verbalize anything. Terrible conditions.

Sandalwood Creek is a wonderful place in a country setting where the workers are kind and compassionate even in the most difficult settings, The manager is helpful, understanding and on top of her game. They took excellent care of my husband and I am so grateful to all of you. From the bottom of my heart thank you.

We provide Medical Home Care Services for the guests as per Dr orders. Rayann and her staff is very organized, clear communication, Guests ready for services and documentation is completed timely.

Getting our mother to move to Sandalwood was one of our good decision we took for her. The community is so caring and inviting. She loves her apartment and company of her new friends. The staff dedicatedly take care of her and is very helpful. We get regular updates for all her activities and progress. It's been four months now and have not got even a single complaint about anything. Monika is very supportive and helpful. The food is good and proper hygiene is taken care. As per my personal experience with the Sandalwood community I would recommend it to all.

My father in law moved in here in 2019.. After he lived with us.. We couldnt care for him properly. Rayanne there is fantastic, even during covid! She kept us up to date. We gave him an iPad to see him.. This is a good place. They weed out the lousy employees.. I trust this home!

My Mother resided at the Wadhams Creek facility for 2.5 years. It is a smaller (maybe about 30 residents) facility in a house setting. Dining is in a common area and the food always smelled good. When the pandemic was not here they had holiday parties which were always nice. During her time there, she he was well taken of. The staff did a wonderful job in meeting her needs. Our family worked well with the site manager (Rayann) and the staff. If your situation warrants an assisted living facility I would recommend the Wadhams Creek Senior Community facility. Talk to Rayann, she is very helpful. My family thanks them for the service they provided our Mother.

There are no words to describe the uneasiness of placing your loved one in the care of others. However, i cannot express enough how welcomed we felt at Wadhams Creek. Upon our approach into the home, my husband and I felt welcomed and this is the best fit for our mom. The manager onsite is a GEM! Tryuly reduced our fears and assured us our mom would feel at home.

My husband is doing very well here since moving. He is enjoying socializing with the residents and making new friends. I haven't seen any activities being done while I am there but I'm sure it is just the timing of when I am there. The staff is very friendly towards the residents and the families. The property is always clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for me to visit it's only about a 10-minute drive from my house. Once we saw this community there was no need to visit another one.

We like the care that is given here. The community is very nice and clean. The meals are good. They do have activities for those who can participate. It is a home feeling and not a hospital. A comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend this for a good home feeling with outstanding care and value for a loved one.

I'm really impressed with everything, they have every-day activities, and it was so much better than any of us had expected. My grandma is loving it there, we've offered for her to come back home but she's now talking about staying there permanently!

I think they do a great job overall at Wadhams Creek Senior Community. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and accommodating. My loved was initially very resistant to the idea of moving, but they really seem to have won him over, he is settling in well! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into memory care in the area.
