Very disappointed with Christmas Day mho wants burgers ,salad and Fry's for both noon and evening meals. Sliced turkey and stovetop stuffing would be nice. But not burgers only.soupwould have been better. I know I couldn't have ham but two burgers n

I commend the staff at Avista Nursing and Rehab for their cleanliness and willingness to go above and beyond for the residents. They truly understand the importance of the comfort of the residents and try to provide a family centered and caring environment for all those that live there. The facility is clean, smells good and staff work together to keep everyone comfortable.

My father was a resident at the facility for end of life care. He stayed on unit 3 and had the best nurses and cenas providing care for him in his final days. They ensure that he was comfortable and offered him so many things to ensure his quality of life was amazing. They offered 1:1 conversation about his early days of riding harleys and his days of hunting. They ensured that he had a bed that was comfortable and medications that ensured quality of life was instilled. My father told me this place is so different then when his mother my grandmother was here for the better. He was able to have as many visitors as he wanted and at any time. The nurses communicated with me on a daily and hourly basis with any changes to ensure I was at bedside. My father had a peaceful and comfortable passing at AVISTA and I am thankful for everyting they provided my father, myself and family during this hard time.

Avista is a good place for rehab and to place your love one for care the staff is friendly and loving and more like family Avista always have great things to do for residents and residents get good care from staff I would recommend Avista for care!!

My grandma is here for rehab currently after having surgery, she has been receiving amazing care and therapy. She will most likely end up long term care and we are hopeful that she will do well here. The staff have always been kind and helpful during visits.

This is a wonderful place to go to visit a loved one. There is no gloom or doom. When you walk in you're greeted with smiles small talk and warmth. Everyone is willing to take the time to answer questions or just ask how your day has been. Patients are even happier in this environment. A++ to this wonderful staff of people.

I really love all the staff..they always greet you with love in always show they care about my sister in the other residents they care for... Alex the cera always do a great job caring for my sister ( Kimberly Vaughn) in most of all I love the case manager she is outstanding.
