I am very familiar with StoryPoint through my weekly visits with my Therapy Dog Jasmine. The facility is impeccable with all the amenities of a resort community. The staff are always eager to assist me and the residents in any manner that improves the quality of life for the residents. And the Residents are a family of happy, nice and caring people. I am so impressed with StoryPoint Rockford. All the attention to detail really makes you feel as if you are the most important person to them. The staff are friendly and caring! I couldnt believe how clean the community is. I have visited many places and the environment is just sparkling. I was able to sample the food and I was blown away! For a moment I thought I was eating at a Five Star restaurant and not a senior living community. The day I visited the community had a live entertainer and everyone was laughing and having a grand time. I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one!

Over the course of my career as a nurse I have rarely found a place like Story Point. The level of love and caring that happens on a daily basis here is truly astounding. Whether it is the gentile touch of a caregiver to a resident or the nurturing interactions of the staff with one another or just a smiling face to say hello how are you today? This place is truly special and one of a kind.

The outpouring of community from this location is amazingly palpable the moment you step foot in! Jane and Sharon could not be more welcoming, energizing or caring. Through my work in the community via the Alzheimer's Association, I am in many locations and this one is right at the top of the list! Aside from the amazing staff and incredible amenities, what I appreciate most is that the stigma of being separated from the rest of the community (Rockford and West MI) is not only non existent , but they proactively invite the community in as well. I cannot say enough about this awesome property and it's staff. WELL DONE!

I had the opportunity to visit and tour this beautiful place last week. As a healthcare professional, I have been in several senior communities in and around the Grand Rapids area. Never have I walked in to see so many smiling faces of both residents, and staff! They truly have some of the best amenities around, and every employee we encountered was very pleasant and engaging. There are a plethora of food and entertainment options on a daily basis, and you can just sense that everyone in the building is enjoying every minute of their continuing story. It is reassuring to know that there is a place in the area with these standards and a true passion for caring for our loved ones. Well done, everyone!

StoryPoint is not just a great community but a family. Staff and residents have great relationships, there really is a sense of belonging when you walk in. Being a part of StoryPoint means there is always someone there to listen or help no matter what department they work in. Where the chefs know residents personally and the Executive Director is always involved directly with everyone and everything. It's a wonderful place to work or to find your home in!
