Truly impressed by such a warm and welcoming community. The activities they have planned for residents are engaging and thoughtful. I have seen many staff members go above and beyond to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, etc. And the food is amazing!

My father lived in this community for 6 years and I can honestly say it was 6 years we wouldn't have had with him if he hadn't moved there. The community of friends he made and staff who loved him was amazing. His social calendar became more busy than mine! He was always out an about - exercise/fitness programs, entertainment days, crafts, movies, men's luncheons, bus trips to different locations and so much more! It truly gave my father great joy to live there and provided us with more time with our dad.

StoryPoint is an outstanding place for residents and the community. I partner with StoryPoint when I bring special needs students in for job training. My students enjoy seeing and interacting with the residents while learning job skills. StoryPoint provides excellent programming including Christmas celebrations, Veteran's Day, and Mardi-Gras. Management has been wonderful to work with and makes everyone feel welcome.

We can't say enough great things about StoryPoint Rockford. The staff is second to none and go above and beyond in everything they do. Each member, from the dining staff to the leadership team, have a vested and genuine interest in the residents. The basic needs of shelter, food and care are exceptional, but what makes this place something special is how everyone tends to the emotional needs of each resident. The staff spreads joy, laughter, positivity and is also there to offer a listening ear in times of sorrow.

The staff at StoryPoint CARES! We have been dealing with multiple staff members for about a year now and I have been so pleased but yesterday they stepped up their game! I am so impressed with StoryPoint Rockford. All the attention to detail really makes you feel as if you are the most important person to them. The staff are friendly and caring! I couldnt believe how clean the community is. I have visited many places and the environment is just sparkling. I was able to sample the food and I was blown away! For a moment I thought I was eating at a Five Star restaurant and not a senior living community. The day I visited the community had a live entertainer and everyone was laughing and having a grand time. I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one!

Over the course of my career as a nurse I have rarely found a place like Story Point. The level of love and caring that happens on a daily basis here is truly astounding. The outpouring of community from this location is amazingly palpable the moment you step foot in! Jane and Sharon could not be more welcoming, energizing or caring. Through my work in the community via the Alzheimer's Association, I am in many locations and this one is right at the top of the list! Aside from the amazing staff and incredible amenities, what I appreciate most is that the stigma of being separated from the rest of the community (Rockford and West MI) is not only non existent , but they proactively invite the community in as well. I had the opportunity to visit and tour this beautiful place last week. As a healthcare professional, I have been in several senior communities in and around the Grand Rapids area. Never have I walked in to see so many smiling faces of both residents, and staff! They truly have some of the best amenities around, and every employee we encountered was very pleasant and engaging. There are a plethora of food and entertainment options on a daily basis, and you can just sense that everyone in the building is enjoying every minute of their continuing story. It is reassuring to know that there is a place in the area with these standards and a true passion for caring for our loved ones. Well done, everyone!

StoryPoint is not just a great community but a family. Staff and residents have great relationships, there really is a sense of belonging when you walk in. Being a part of StoryPoint means there is always someone there to listen or help no matter what department they work in. Where the chefs know residents personally and the Executive Director is always involved directly with everyone and everything. It's a wonderful place to work or to find your home in!
