What an absolute pleasure to visit ASRH! Having the chance to help a friend out of state evaluate some senior living options for her mother still here. All I can say is All Seasons Rochester Hills fulfills everything she and her mom want and more. The greetings with residents along our tour made it obvious staff rapport is genuine. Several places we checked out cover the basics. With its amenities, events and culinary offerings, only ASRH piqued her interest for true quality and zest for life, talking all the way home about the new home she wanted next.

Why do I call All Seasons my home? It is because of the genuine care i receive from the management and working staff. It is exciting to see the staff composed of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds working together. This is a lesson for all of us in accepting diversity. The lead Chef, Armando, is always visible and follows our requests for special dietary needs. He also exposes us to entrees with an international flair. Chef Alex is suburb in making desserts, Sous Chefs Kevin and Mo provide soups and salads, Kit manages the wait staff. They are all efficient. Our 91 year old mother has been living at All Seasons of Rochester Hills for a year and a half. Prior to moving into All Seasons she had lived in her own home for 50+ years. The All Seasons team was very supportive in making the transition go smoothly.Fast forward to March 2020 with the Covid Pandemic in full swing. The measures put into place by the AS management to ensure the safety of the residents while still offering things to keep them engaged and active are truly appreciated. Although the lockdown and limited visitation made for a long and sometimes lonely year we understand the reasoning behind the decision to do so. We appreciate the frequent testing opportunities and especially the opportunity for residents to receive the vaccine onsite.The entire All Seasons team is to be commended for a job well done!Brenda Lee-Gresell

My parents and I absolutely loved meeting Claudia Mills when they were considering a move to All Seasons. She warmly welcomed us and gave a very comprehensive tour of this beautiful facility and answered all of our questions. We were invited for the cocktail hour and wine tasting, appetizers. We found All Seasons to be a very friendly & active community, with delicious Chef-created meals and wonderful activities. Although my Dad passed away recently, and Mom is not planning a move just yet, Claudia has been excellent with her follow-up and keeping in touch with us, even during Covid. She even called and sent a beautiful card when we lost my Dad . All Seasons needs to be high on your list if considering a move to Senior Living.

I scheduled a tour with Brendan for my 92 year old mother. He was kind, thoughtful and empathetic. While it was decided that my mother required a higher level of care and we chose another facility, Brendan facilitated my call to that facility and actually assisted me with that connection. It was above and beyond. If all workers at this facility are similar to Brendan, it must me a wonderful place to be.

Our mom moved to All Seasons about 1 1, 2 years ago due to her dementia. It was a seamless and delightful transition from beginning to end! From the initial tour to the move out date when she passed was extraordinary! It was never an issue to reach the proper person to get a question answered, all staff in all departments were so helpful and understanding with any request we had. We loved that the staff knows all of the residents by name and their unique situation, everyone is so kind. We had to move our mom (against her will) out of her home of almost 40 years due to dementia. It didnt take long before she thought of All Seasons as her home and love the benefits of knowing someone was always around looking out for her, not having to cook, do laundry or clean! We, as her children, felt very at ease that she settled in and we knew she was safe and happy. Look no further...you have found your new home.

What an impressive community! Every resident here is really treated like family and given the best possible service. The support staff, Melissa Wright and Claudia Mills are incredible people who are passionate about making this senior living community a great place for their residents. They take great time to care for the needs of current and potential residents. The building itself is clean and beautiful. I hope I can live here someday. My 89 year old Mother recently moved into All Seasons of Rochester Hills and it would be impossible for the experience to have been any better. The staff was nothing short of exceptional - proactively helpful and incredibly accommodating all while exuding an infectious positive andpleasant attitude. A special note of gratitude to our initial contact Claudia Mills, who is Director of Sales and Marketing. Claudia professionally guided us through the entire decision and contract process and has been a consistent resource of help and support throughout the move inand beyond.Considering the magnitude of this transition for our family and for our Mother, who was moving out of her home in which she had lived for the past 57 years, we are eternally grateful for the service that was provided to us courtesy of the great team at All Seasons.In addition to their world class staff, we found the All Seasons facilities to be immaculate - pristinely clean with the feel that you are at an upscale resort. It is clear that management takes great pride in how they care for the property as their attention to even the smallest detail is evident anywhere you look.Above all, what we found as most unique, was how warm and welcoming the fellow residents were. They all had wonderful things to say and we could instantly see why. I couldnt be happier with the decision to move my dad into All Seasons of Rochester Hills.The staff is very professional and all have provided compassionate and dedicated attention to my fathers recent transition from his home. They are highly visible throughout the day and night and actively engage with us when visiting.Claudia Mills, Marketing & Sales rep, has been an amazing resource and ongoing support to both my father and I. She continues to be immediately and effectively responsive to both of us whenever requested and many times before we even expect it! She really made my decision to work with All Seasons an easy one. I will never be able to thank her enough for her kindness and support through what could have been a much more stressful change for my father.

Recently visited my Aunt over the holidays. Beautiful place, very nice and welcoming staff, and loved the pictures and artwork throughout the building. My aunt loves living there and says the activities keep her busy and her mental health in check. My only complaint is that their Bistro was very dirty. Food all over the floor, coffee machines dripping onto the floor. Not safe for seniors! My aunt spilled some of her water onto the floor, when i cleaned it up with my own napkin, it was black. Floors clearly not being swept and mopped.

Joan and I have been residents at All Seasons Rochester Hills for only two weeks, but I cant help commenting on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Claudia Mills, our first contact, is always about to answer questions and direct residents. In addition I like that all personnel here are uniformed making it easy to identify the right person for services. The All Seasons logo, a four leaf design, is also a nice reminder of oneness to the goal.

My Mom has been at All Season for a year now. We are very happy with the facility. My mom is a very active 96 year old and was still living on her own. So we were concerned about the activity level. She also came from the restaurant business so the food plan was also a concern. They have hit the mark on all levels. The activities are varied, stimulating, and are available for all levels of mobility. We also love the meal plan and the food. The food is excellent and changes, with some stand-bys always available. And the bistro is great. My sister and i have lunch there with my Mom when we visit. It is such a great easy option to have. There is also a private room you can reserve for a family dinner. We did that for Easter and had a wonderful meal and wonderful service. We were able to bring in a bottle of champagne, also. Kudos to Kit and the gang. All Season Rochester is a wonderful caring facility.

This is a wonderful facility and appeared to be everything our representative, Claudia Mills, told us it was. Due to COVID, we couldnt take an extensive tour; however, what we did see was impressive and the energy of the facility was noticeable even during these tough times.

We visited for a tour by Melissa and found the facility very clean, homey, with lots of common areas for family and friends to gather in with the residents. The menu was extensive and the two meals included have a rotating menu which would keep the residents happy with their choices. Only downside was the left turn out onto Rochester road - lots of heavy traffic and really difficult to get out.

Our family is so grateful to have found the All Seasons of Rochester Hills! What a beautiful facility! Professional, friendly, clean, bright. We visited more than 1, 2 dozen times before our parents decided to move in. Though all the staff is kind and helpful, the one that really helped us make the final decision was Melissa! She patiently answered question after question, took us on tour after tour, allowed us to just sit with our parents in one of the rooms and get a feel for the space ... without any pressure. Melissa also took the time to understand what mom and dad enjoy and what they needed. They have been there 2 weeks and the transition has been remarkable. They both said we should have done this sooner! Melissa has personally checked on them during this transition period and even brought dinner to their room when one of them was not feeling well. Melissa – you clearly love your job and it shows! All Seasons – you have a remarkable employee that represents your company very well and our family is there because of her! We look forward to many years at the All Seasons.

My mother has had a wonderful experience at All Seasons in every way. The staff goes above and beyond all our expectations to create a lively, enjoyable, and caring community. Activities and performances are a delight each day. Meals are delicious, and the dining room crew is super helpful. Frank and Helen are extremely accommodating with the shuttle service. Everyone at the front desk is friendly. And Melissa has been exceptional in helping my mother get settled and meet other residents. Before choosing AS, we looked at several other senior communities, but AS won our hearts when Melissa mentioned that a new garden club was started when one of the residents expressed interest in gardening. That showed us how much AS cared about creating a rich and enjoyable life for residents.

I want to give a well deserved shout out to all of the amazing staff at All Seasons in Rochester Hills. My parents were there for a year before needing a higher level of nursing care and had to move. All Seasons helped make their time there very happy and memorable. The staff was always friendly and helpful and exceeded all of our expectations and some we did not even have! They all felt like family. Livening eight hours away, it was reassuring to my wife and I to know that mom and dad were being well taken care of at All Seasons! A sincere and well deserved thank you to all of the exceptions staff at All Seasons in Rochester Hillls.

This place is phenomenal for a senior living community. It doesnt have that nursing home feel. It feels more like a tropical resort. I happened to visit my parents on one of their Fancy Fridays or something like that. The Swordfish was beyond delicious. The Motown group that performed was sensational and many many props to the entertainment director who booked them. There are not enough words in the dictionary for me to describe how awesome this place is. It truly is an amazing feeling when I go out of town constantly for work knowing my parents are well off.

All Seasons is a beautiful place to visit. I recently stayed in the guest suite and Melissa was a charm to work with. She accommodated me in every way possible. The food was delicious and the activities were enjoyable. I am going to keep All Seasons on my watch list for places to look out for as i am just a bit to young to move out of my home just yet.
