I've been here two years and have no complaints

My Mother has been at Brookdale Novi for almost 1 year. Our family couldn’t be happier with all that they offer. We looked at more expensive places and found them more modern looking perhaps, but it’s the staff that really shines at Brookdale. I love that there is not a lot of turnover with the employees. They know our family and they value my Mother. I love the weekly happy hour however they have a lot to offer from weekly excursions , movie night, painting classes. Food is not too bad either!

I have been an employee of Brookdale Novi for almost 14 years, I am the Resident Programs Coordinator. The staff is so loving and caring. We all take our roles very seriously, in the part we play to enrich the lives of our residents. Coming in to work is not work at all, but coming in to be with one big FAMILY for 8 hours a day!!! I love my job!!

I enjoy living at Brookdale Novi. Its clean. Interesting group of people. Very beautiful neighborhood. We are so excited to be eating together (socially distanced) in the dining room again. I have gotten to make some really nice friends. The staff is wonderful...so helpful, caring and kind.

I cant say enough about the Program Activity Department at Brookdale Novi. Milt the driver is exceptional, he is so helpful and provides the best transportation with a smile. The two Carolyns (program director and assistant) are wonderful! They plan some amazing activities and help me set up all my appointments. I am not a person who compliments many people but I am thrilled with these employees and hope they get a raise for all they do for Brookdale!!!

Great staff, caring and makes you feel loved and welcome! They even celebrated the anniversary of my move in date by bringing champagne, flowers and a cake go my door! I am also in ited to my own private dinner party for myself and a few friends hosted by our professional staff!!

My Mother has been living at Brookdale in Novi for two years. The staff is very friendly, helpful and considerate of everyone. The facility is well maintained and the quality of service is excellent. They offer many activities and opportunities for families to participate. On November 17th the staff hosted an OUTSTANDING Thanksgiving dinner for the residence and their families. The food was very good, and the atmosphere was festive with decorations, live music and friendly smiles. My Mother has 11 living children and we ALL agree Brookdale in Novi is great place for a seniors to live. 🙂

Brookdale provides a safe, caring, and friendly environment for my Mother. The staff is so helpful and obviously loves working with seniors. The activities are well thought out and are always enjoyed. The food is very good and the transportation to shopping and doctors appointments is a real plus!
