My elderly aunt has been living at StoryPoint since May. Every time I come to visit the building is always very clean, smells good and residents are always smiling and enjoying themselves. Since moving in, my aunt has enjoyed a variety of different activities. She says her favorites are exercising 7 days/week, happy hours and the awesome crafts they do weekly. One huge perk about living at StoryPoint is the bus. There is a driver that works full time to take people grocery shopping, to doctor appointments and out to lunch or to other fun places. All staff has been very friendly and helpful. We are so thankful for StoryPoint!

A dear family friend of mine has lived at StoryPoint for a little over a year now after coming from a different senior living home. Since day 1 her quality of life has improved significantly. She is finally receiving the care she needs/deserves. The entire staff is beyond helpful, always greets you with a smile and is truthfully happy to help with anything than can. You can tell they love their job and are happy to be there. StoryPoint’s cleanliness is immaculate. You would think you entered a 5 star resort! I have joined our friend numerous times for lunch and was always pleased with the food. After covid, it took time for our friend to become social again. She is now eager to mingle with others in the cafe for coffee every morning, she regularly attends happy hour, she loves doing crafts and has even started going on outings! Housekeeping always does a great job with keeping her apartment tidy and are always willing to run the vacuum when she asks! I know I can speak confidently and proudly for the family when I say that StoryPoint provides the best retirement possible for our loved one. I know where I’m going when I reach retirement; StoryPoint Chesterfield.

The staff and the facility are excellent, beginning on day one before my mom moved in everyone has been so helpful and have continue to go above and beyond every day especially during covid which has been very hard. It has been very comforting to know that someone is there and very willing to help my Mom when I could not. StoryPoint Chesterfield 5 Star Plus

StoryPoint Chesterfield is a wonderful facility. My elderly brother has been living there for over a year, and with the exception of him living in his own house, I cannot think of a better place for him to be living. The staff is what makes StoryPoint exceptional. They are caring, compassionate, and willing to do whatever it takes to make my brother comfortable. The physical facilities are very well maintained, bright and airy, and easily accessible to the residents. I heartily endorse StoryPoint Chesterfield as an assisted living facility for your loved ones.

Working here has been a fantastic experience so far (1 mo. in). The facility is beautiful and clean, my coworkers are so helpful and dedicated, and the residents are awesome! They have so many activities and outings, they decorate to the 9s for the holidays, and they just do so much for their 1440 community! Everyone works as a team to ensure that the residents are having the best possible experience living here at SP Chesterfield!!

I love Storypoint Chesterfield!! This facility is awesome.... super clean, cozy and the food is excellent. Its a difficult task finding just the right place for your loved one. StoryPoint will end your search!! I currently have a loved one here and the staff is unbelievable!! They have made our transition a pleasant experience. During this pandemic, they have eased all our worries and have gone over and above to help us during this difficult time. You can tell the staff love their job and their residents.

I cant say enough about this thriving community. The building is incredible and beautiful, but the employees truly make it remarkable. The entire team works together to learn more about the residents and their immediate needs, as well as their passions every day. It brings an energy to the facility that is unbelievable. From the servers to the maintenance staff to the executive director to the wellness team to the chefs to the housekeepers to the activity directors to everyone else, make this place magical. Anyone would be lucky to have their loved one in this bright, lively community. So impressive.

The apartments are very nice. The residents are amazing. Staff is great with the exception of lead housekeeper. She is condescending. If you annoy her you can not get additional services. Other than that its an amazing place.

This place is awesome! The community is so friendly and caring. They feel like family here and how they spend time with you. You can tell the staff really enjoy what they do and want to be here. There are no words for how amazing this place and the staff are. My uncle had some health issues recently and we needed to move him ASAP to a senior living community. Dylan at Storypoint Chesterfield made MIRACLES happen and had everything done and ready for us to move my uncle in within 1 WEEK of speaking to him! My uncle absolutely LOVES his apartment and he says the food is absolutely amazing. He has been there for 1 week now and I have heard nothing but great things from him everyday! I am so happy we found this place and that he is so happy and healthy, and in very good hands!!

My parents have been at Storypoint since they opened in June 2019. (They were at a different community before). The apartments are beautiful, the food is 5 star but its the staff that really makes Storypoint shine. From the director to housekeeping, each person is genuinely caring and go out their way to help. The health care staff is outstanding. Whatever they are getting paid is not enough for what they do. After 6 months of being here my mom went into hospice. I cant put into words the care this group gives. I recommend Storypoint to everyone. My parents have made so many friends and love every aspect of living here.

The apartments are gorgeous and the food is constantly winning awards in some pretty serious cooking competitions across metro Detroit. Above all, the care provided is truly incredible to witness. I highly recommend it.
