I visited the Senior Living Home looking for a safe and secure new home for a loved one. Commonwealth is so welcoming, warm, and clean. The staff seems to do a great job taking care of all of the residents that live there. I received a tour around. I was welcomed by Trina and Lisa at the front desk. They, both made me feel comforted and understood. This was a very heavy decision to make in my life at the time. I was impressed with the service and care. I would recommend this home for a loved one. Highly impressed.

They also have programs for the residents listed in various locations throughout the facily and were focusing on Florida as a theme today!

Commonwealth Memory Care cared for my father during the final months of his life. He was included in daily activities and formed meaningful, consistent relationships with his caregivers and staff, which brought him comfort and a sense of familiarity. Visits were always welcomed, and our time together, whether during meals, activities, or quiet moments, was supported and never rushed. Commonwealth worked closely with Lily Hospice, allowing my father to remain in place and receive continuous, coordinated care through the end of his life. The aides and staff were attentive and steady, and communication was clear and timely as his needs changed, including adjustments to nutrition and overall support. Placing a loved one in memory care is never easy, but the professionalism, compassion, and coordination shown by Commonwealth Memory Care and Lily Hospice met expectations during a difficult time. Every time I enter Commonwealth Senior Living, I am greeted by a person who seems very happy to be there. It's nice to see a kind face and a smile. When I go to see my friend, Josephine, she is always dressed for the day, her room is well kept and she has had a delicious (her words) breakfast and lunch. The aides are always friendly and treat Josephine kindly. They ask her how she feels and tell her they love her. It makes me smile knowing that my friend is in a clean environment with people that care about her.

I was an outside contractor here for hospice for a year before my company moved me to a different location. Commonwealth New Baltimore was my favorite facility to visit. The building is beautiful and always clean. I never ran into a bad smell while visiting. My favorite part about going here was the staff. Whether i was up stairs or downstairs the staff was always welcoming and available if i needed assistance. They cared for all their residents as if they were family. I always recommend commonwealth if someone is looking for a great facility for a loved one!

This is a gorgeous and clean facility that provides comprehensive, wonderful care to their residents! We really enjoy working with Heather and Trina and the their team Their calendar is full of activities that provide engagement and life enrichment to their residents. Their memory care unit is so comprehensive! The residents have an amazing selection of options for meals! Melissa the med techs are really on top of things with an individualized plan of care. I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful facility yesterday. Commonwealth offers so much for their residents-from independent living, to assisted living, to memory care; they have it all. From the minute you walk in, you can tell the staff love what they do and the residents love their home. I was really impressed with the in-house services and chef prepared meals too. The sales manager, Tina Petersmarck, answered all my questions. It was obvious she loves what she does and loves her residents. I will be telling my friends and family to consider Commonwealth Senior Living.

I would definitely recommend Commonwealth. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, they never seem to be stressed or irritated by any request. The food there is prepared with fresh ingredients and they even have an indoor spice and greens garden. Each resident has a call button on a lanyard and the staff responds promptly. Our loved one was able to be a part of the process of finding a place to care for them and their growing needs. I'm really glad they chose Commonwealth! I feel comfortable, as they need more and more care they are in the right place.

Commonwealth Memory Care became home to us for the seven months my husband resided there. He was well cared for, included in all activities and grew very attached to his caregivers. We the family did too! We were always welcome and could participate in activities or join in at meal time or watching a movie. Everything was clean and well kept. The aging in place concept was very important to us and the Commonwealth staff and Hospice made sure he stayed at his new home’. Placing a loved one into care is never easy but we found that our faith and trust’ in Commonwealth was well placed. My family and I were regular visitors and the staff worked with my husband and our family to help make the transition as easy as possible. The food is good and nourishing and they made accommodations as my husband’s needs changed. The aides and nursing staff were stellar. Caring and consistent. Communication was very good, both ways and I felt heard’ and was always promptly informed of issues and changes. We enjoyed the Community parties and entertainment and enjoyed getting to know the other families and residents. We thank Trina, the director, and the entire staff for the loving care our family was given.

The attendees were so impressed on how clean and beautiful the community is. While I was at the community I was observing how many people were coming in for tours, one after another and we were only there for 90 minutes. The care, cleanliness and attention is so much, much better here than the previous facility. What a wonderful surprise to discover that none of the staff have their phones out! Great policy. I placed my 80yr old Mother in Commonwealth at the beginning of Feb 2024 after having moved her from East Harbor because they felt they could no longer meet her needs. Knowing what I know now, I just wish I had moved her in Commonwealth in the beginning. Although she has since passed, the entire staff from Trina to Heather to Tina to every single Caregiver was nothing short of excellent, compassionate all with empathy. My father lived at Commonwealth Senior Living for two months until his condition worsened and he came home under hospice care. We were very pleased with CSL Chesterfield. The staff is warm, friendly and genuinely caring. The director is a peach. She's a hands-on manager who rolls up her sleeves and pitches in with the staff when needed. The facility is clean and bright having been renovated recently. It's a smaller facility which appealed to us. Dad didn't get lost in the crowd. Very quickly his caregivers came to know him and responded to his wants and needs. My mother, sister and I spent every day with Dad, so we saw the workings of Commonwealth up close. We can say with confidence that it was an excellent choice for him.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. My uncle got sick and he is the only one left in Michigan. His only sister lives in Georgia and I am his only niece and I live in Florida. We had no idea where to start or where to turn. And then we met Tina. With nobody local to help, she stepped in like she was family. She handled everything with the help of Trisha, Jessica and the rest of the staff and literally took charge and got him to a beautiful, loving place. This could easily have been one of the worst experiences in our family. Without us being able to get there for a few weeks. It was nothing short of amazing. It broke my heart not being able to get up there for him, but I didn’t have to. The girls stepped up and made it all a seamless transition. He is happy, and speaks so highly of them and how he’s treated there. The facility is beautiful. I can’t wait to get there and hug everybody. For anyone that is out of town and has to deal with this kind of situation. Please call them. Please trust them. There are not enough words to say how amazing of an experience this was for him and how much relief and peace they gave to us. To just say they went above and beyond with not being one family member there to help is not even close enough to describe it. I so love you girls and can’t wait to get there to hug every single one of you!!

My mother was a resident there for about 3 years. She recently moved out because she is doing better/ no longer requiring as high a level of care. All staff including Nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and management were excellent the entire time she was there! I would highly recommend Prestige Commons. They treat the residents with respect. The food was always very good. They didn’t skimp on the food. There was regular socialization for residents which really helped my mother. It had a family type atmosphere. If my mother needs increased help down the line we will definitely be looking into them again so obviously I highly recommend them!

Management is always a call away if I need anything at all. My mom enjoys the activities and we like the fact that it is a small facility. Worked with Celeste at Prestige Commons. She was very accommodating setting up a tour and always responded to our questions right away. The facility was clean and being remodeled. Very nice place. Our uncle was there a couple years ago and received great care.

Our mother was moved from a bigger Assisted Living Care Facility to Prestige In February. This was one of the hardest decisions we as a family had to make for our mom. Her physical and mental health had declined to the point where she needed constant care. After a horrible experience at the first facility we moved her into Prestige. The smaller building and less residents made it easier for our mom to adjust. It has been an adjustment for our whole family especially due to the Pandemic. We take comfort in the fact that we know our mom has constant care with a good staff. Trina and Sarah have always been available for our questions and/or concerns. Our mom's biggest complaint is the food which we know they have been working on changing the menu.

I have a loved one who lives in memory care at commons my family’s concern was that my grandma was coming from rehab and at rehab she seem to of got lost in there, no communication and the care wasn’t the greatest. We can honestly say we are pleasantly pleased with the care she’s receiving, the communication between the ED, the nurse, and the staff is great. She is well groomed, happy, and enjoying her activities, when we come to visit she’s always engaged in something. The building is clean her room is clean and we highly recommend Prestige Commons

This place is great and I 100% recommend moving your loved one here for numerous reasons. 1. The staff. Every single staff member is beyond helpful, polite, caring, attentive. They are great about communicating. They always let me know when my mom needs anything, or anything that’s ever going on with her. Trina the executive director and Sarah the nurse are wonderful and always communicate well, and are always super friendly whenever we visit mom! 2. Safety. They have done an outstanding job at keeping COVID-19 out of this place. Though not seeing my mom as much has been tough, we know the shorter visits and the mask rules are only to keep my mother and the other residents safe. They have locks on all the doors that way no one can just come walking in, or any of the more confused residents don’t go walking out. A great surveillance system which helped when my mom fell one time and they were able to go back and see if she hit her head or anything. 3. Cleanliness. The house keeper does a great job, as well as the caregivers/med techs. They always make sure my moms laundry is taken care of, room clean, closets organized, sheets changed, everything. Not to mention it’s quite beautiful in there! 4. Hygiene. My mom always looks great. Hair is always done, nails always trimmed and pained, always smells great they bring in nice smelling lotions and make sure her skin doesn’t get dry and that she’s always well taken care of. They also have a hair dresser that comes every other Thursday named Carol. She’s a total sweetheart and does a great job with my mom! They always get good full meals and the cook does a great job. 5. The fun! They are always doing fun activities wether it be painting, bowling, puzzles, making bird houses, bingo, uno, anything! They always try to keep them happy and busy. Those are just some of the many reasons that we keep my mom here at Prestige Commons. It really is a great place!

The staff was wonderful and very thorough when answering all of my questions during a tour for my grandma! They are very personable and welcoming. The nurse, Sarah, is very attentive and on top of everything. Her and the director, Trina, make an outstanding team and ensure everyone gets the care they need and deserve. I highly recommend going with them for your loved ones, it takes special people to care for strangers, these 2 are professionals I trust caring for my loved ones.

Recently assisted my father with moving to Prestige Commons (he is mobility challenged and needs daily assistance). Everyone has been very helpful during the transition process. He has a nice studio apartment with a great view and seems to enjoy the care and attention he is receiving. Prestige Commons appears to have more employees than residents, as I never have a problem getting ahold of someone or finding someone if I need assistance or have questions. Trina (Executive Director) has been very engaged, accessible and understanding, and Kristy (manager for, I believe, Senior Care Advantage that provides care and assistance for independent living upstairs) has gone out of her way to make sure my father is comfortable. The place seems to be run like a well oiled machine, and all the employees I've interacted with seem to generally enjoy their jobs. No complaints here, great job so far! Also, keep in mind that visitation is limited and must be scheduled in advance, as this is a vulnerable population, and Prestige Commons goes out of its way to screen visitors and limit exposure to Covid.

We are very pleased with the care my mom is getting and the interaction from the staff is wonderful, especially this past year when she couldn’t have visitors with COVID going on. I live out of state and I never have a problem getting in touch with the director or her nurse if I have questions. I will recommend Prestige Commons to anyone who needs assisted living for their loved ones.

We would like to thank Trina Anderson and her entire hardworking staff for the loving care they provided our Mom during her stay at Prestige Commons. Having worked in the longterm healthcare field myself for 5 years I can say our decision to place Mom at Prestige Commons was the best decision we could have made. The food was excellent, her room was always neat and clean and more than anything the staff treated her like family. This past year was especially challenging and the staff did their best to keep her safe as well as keep her family connected by frequently calling so we could speak with her. This was extremely important since we lived 1400 miles away in Texas. We will never be able to thank the staff enough at Prestige Commons, they are truly God's Angels on earth.

I am truly grateful for the care and compassion that the staff at Prestige has shown to my mother. It was such a comfort to me to know that she was safe and in such great hands. The staff encourages as much independence as possible, and treats each resident as individuals. Each with their own story to tell and purpose. Trina the administrator, and Sarah the staff nurse have shown exceptional dedication over this past year. As well as many of the staff members that I have come to admire. I highly recommend Prestige to anyone I know in search of a place for their loved one!
