This is a great place to call home for those that cannot remain in theirs. When I visit staff are always friendly and attentive to the residents needs. The home is clean and meals look delish!

Janel is absolutely wonderful! Helps place people in homes that can care for them, cares very passionately about the care of her residents in her own facility and in other facilities and above all else has an EXTREME determination in making sure that ANY & ALL elderly are cared for PROPERLY and completely. She will be honest and steer you in the right direction. Very thankful to have her & her business, in my corner and in the corner of many people and their families!

If you are looking for a place to put your loved one... THIS IS IT! As someone who works in healthcare, I literally can't say enough good things about this place, the staff and the owner, and that says a lot coming from me. They actually care about the wellbeing of your loved one. My Papa was at another home down in Swartz Creek before he was moved to Westfall and his health was declining rapidly, we didn't realize it was from the lack of care until he got here with Janelle and her staff. The difference after just a few weeks was amazing and even though Pops has since passed I know he was well taken care of and loved during his time here. Not only is the staff wonderful the location in the country is beautiful. Please don't hesitate to put your loved one here, you won't regret it I promise.

My family member has found a home away from home here, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful care they receive here at Westfall AFC! All of the caregivers exhibit a rare level of dedication, providing excellent care with sincerity and compassion. It's evident that they genuinely care for the residents. Westfall is a wonderful place! Everyone really cares there. They have wonderful events for the families, and do activities with residents. I always recommend Westfall when someone needs a loved one placed.

Wonderful caring staff in a welcoming, warm, friendly home setting. Staff are intentional about getting to know each resident in order to provide professional, thoughtful, individualized care including those meaningful "little things" like providing coffee for an early rising coffee drinker to sitting with a resident for an encouraging chat, to turning on favorite music at bedtime for a comfortable sleep. We so appreciated the tender and responsive care provided.

So much to be said in so little words! This home is exactly that a HOME, as you walk in the doors you will feel as if you're at home not just any ole building. You'll be greeted with the most amazing staff and the happiest of residents. This place is exceptional in ALL aspects! Personally I don't clasify it as a business, it's a family looking out for family. Here youre family will have the BEST care you could ask for! Our residents are our family and are treated as such. The environment is so positive and uplifting. The staff is top notch when it comes to making sure your family feels at home and loved! You would think it couldn't get any better and then we get new owners and the better becomes the best! As a now former employee there is not one negative thing I could say about this home or group of people working there! I am confident leaving my residents care in the hands of these exceptional people! I write this with tears in my eyes as I am walking away from a wonderful place someplace I care deeply about, someplace where a resident calls home, where staff aren't just staff but family! 5 stars isn't enough! Look into the night sky, that's the stars this place deserves!!

Westfall is a quiet, comfortable and adorable assisted living in a country setting. Not only are the owners deep-rooted and passionate about senior care, the staff and outside resources are just as dedicated to providing high-quality care for our loved ones. My cousin is the happiest she has been in years and we know that her move to Westfall has played a major role in that. The things that matter most are a priority with this assisted living. You won't be disappointed.

Westfall AFC gave a great first impression upon touring. The residents all looked happy and well taken care of. The staff were very welcoming and engaged with the residents. A homemade soup was being prepared which filled the home with a savory aroma. The property has received some upgrades that really added to its home like feeling. The owners are committed to providing a caring, clean, and loving atmosphere for the residents, families, and friends.
