As a family member searching for an Assisted Living Room for my brother, we were courteously received with hospitality and care. We took a tour of an immaculate yet “homey” living facility and everyone greeted us with friendliness and a smile. Brookridge Heights has some truly wonderful ladies working at the front desk. Theyve helped keep residents and staff safe throughout the pandemic by screening everyone who enters the building, making sure that visitor restrictions are followed, keeping all their coworkers in fresh, clean masks daily, organizing and delivering the mail and all the items that families drop off for their loved ones, and offering a friendly smile to everyone they interact with. Theyve shown such patience and kindness to the residents in an often confusing time, taking extra time to visit whenever they can. I am so thankful to have them here every day.

I cant say enough about Brookridge Heights. My mother lives in the memory care side. The comfort I derive from knowing she is there safe and comfortable is priceless. The staff, from the Director down, treat her like family, like Becky, Brian, Angela, and especially Kim Specker who has taken a special interest in my Moms well-being. Its nice to have someone who gives you their cellphone number and when you call for help or information of any kind, she always is right on top of things. Hugs to Brookridge Heights.

I want to give a special shout-out to Kim, who works on the Memory Care side at Brookridge Heights. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty to care for my mother-in-law, spends time one-on-one with her, and has been the link between my mother-in-law and the family during COVID. She has patiently sat with mom while weve done Zoom visits, helping her to engage with the new technologies. Shes a very special human being with an encouraging, generous and, bright spirit.

Just want to give a shout out for Kim, one of Brookridge Heights employees. She is simply extraordinary in the way she cares for her residents in the Memory Section, where my mom, Lea Knapp resides. Kim has a real commitment to her job and her care for Lea has been exceptional, . She even come in on her own time to facilitate a visit when I came out of state to see my mom...just so I could see her one more time before I left. She even stands by and helps my mom with virtual visits and Moms challenges with technology. Id just like to confirm that Kim is a real asset to Brookridge Heights. She certainly ensures the quality of live for my mom and the rest of the residents.

I have worked at Brookridge Heights for almost 6 years and I love my job. I appreciate all my co-workers in every department. All those who come to work with positive attitudes, and caring for our residents as if they were our own family members. We care for them both physically and emotionally. When I come in to work and see our residents, when they seem to get a little excited, have a little twinkle in their eyes or a smile on their face, I can go home at the end of my shift with a full and happy heart that I made a difference. I give a shout out to all our employees who do their jobs with pride and love and care, which makes Brookridge Heights an awesome happy home for our residents and the best co-workers we can be.

Prior to working in admissions at Brookridge Heights I visited the building a lot and was always impressed in every aspect. I am now so honored to be working at a place that gives so much attention and support to the residents who live here. The staff is the best of the best! Brookridge Staff = Wonderful and We =Thankful! We moved my mother-in-law from Florida to Brookridge a year and half ago on one of the coldest days of the year. We arrived by plane on a Sunday and we were greeted by the director, memory care director and the head nurse. These 3 people went out of their way on a Sunday afternoon to help make a smooth transition. The memory director and staff have been personable, accessible, creative, caring and responsive to our needs. We are so fortunate that our mother-mother-in-law is very happy at Brookridge.

My sister-in-law resides in Brookridge Heights Memory Care. We helped bring her to Brookridge last November from Az. It was a huge change for her, but the staff have all made her transition so much easier. Every person on their staff works hard to ensure the well being of the residents. If someone wasnt fond of what was being served for the meal, I have witnessed the cook actually work with the patient to find something they would like and happily get that for them. They have wonderful meals. Covid has turned everyones world upside down, but Brookridge has managed to keep all of their residents safe. The facility is spotless, tastefully decorated and soft upbeat music in the background helps set the mood for a relaxing atmosphere. If ever we have a question, staff are so kind and helpful. Our family is SO thankful for the wonderful care Brookridge provides for our loved ones. The facility, staff and doctors who attend the residents are all top notch. Thank you Brookridge, from the bottom of our hearts.

My mother has been a resident for over 2 years at Brookridge. She has had a great experience during this time. Since March and COVID, Jennifer and her team have made the health of their residents the #1 priority. We are extremely thankful for all they do for my Mother and her friends.

During these times that we are all isolated from our families at Brookridge, they have done a remarkable job of keeping everyone healthy . The emotional distance the pandemic has created is more difficult but they have done their best to keep everyones spirits up. Fabulous staff at Brookridge Heights!! Brian, Julie, Mel, Molly (2), Becky, Debbie, Kim, Jamie and the Front Desk staff have been phenomenal angels that help my Dad through the covid 19 challenges ( a classic case) of how residents are affected daily. Brian, Kim, Becky and countless others help make my Dads life a good one, in these troubling times. From rearranging things so he cant fall out of bed, making sure his phone is hung up properly and taking a different phone to him when it isnt, to saying a few words in Finnish to him, and arranging outside visits or FaceTime visits, the Brookridge staff are a caring and compassionate group! I toured Brookridge Heights for the first time yesterday. I was so impressed by their tour guide. She took the time to explain options and really got to know my mom. We sat and talked like we were old friends, it was so welcoming and friendly. The staff stopped and talked to us and we felt very comfortable. Its a beautiful community and we will definitely be making a move in the near future.

Brookridge Heights is a wonderful community. My grandpa is doing so well and he is very happy at Brookridge. We've seen him improve and have a higher quality of life than he did at home. My mother is more relaxed and not stressed knowing her dad is well care for.

My mother was a resident in the Memory Care section of Brookridge and she loved the staff. She was well taken care of, took advantage of the nail care, hair care and foot care clinics. The staff members were kind, upbeat, loving and made her feel as if she were home.

I am a pastor at a Marquette church who makes regular visits to congregation members at Brookridge, who, rotating with other local clergy, presides at a monthly worship service there, and who had been invited to participate in a Virtual Dementia Tour a few months back. I have always found the staff to be warm and friendly. In addition, the free tour with lunch provided was very enlightening and helpful, and having space specifically set apart for worship has always been a positive. Also, two of the employees from the memory care unit eagerly led a presentation one evening for our community activity night.
