Are use this home care service for my mother and the aid they sent out was phenomenal. I have used for other companies in the past and hands-down this company was the very best company we have ever used I will be going nowhere except this company from now on and I highly recommend it

University Home Care Services has truly been a God send for my mom. Mom is a 96 year old woman recently diagnosed with edema. Her legs swelled with fluid and started weeping. Eventually blisters formed. Her legs became infected. She became so weak, she needed assistance to stand up from a chair. Mom could hardly walk. Her senior facility could not provide the care Mom needed. I contacted University Home Care Services. Tianna Darwiche was instrumental in providing the home care Mom needed, immediately. Fay, Donna and Rachael were Moms caregivers. They were fabulous, fantastic, awesome, terrific; there arent enough superlatives I can use to describe them. They helped Mom get out of bed in the morning and helped put her in bed at night. They gave her showers, helped dress her, assisted her on and off the toilet. They sat with her and talked with her. They gave Mom her medication. They made her meals. For two weeks they were Moms companions. Each one of them was invaluable. They were kind, gentle and compassionate. They grew to be part of our family. I will miss each one of them. Within the last two weeks, I was able to make arrangements to move Mom from an independent senior living apartment into an assisted living foster home facility. Having Moms caregivers with her made the transition much easier for her. Mom is adjusting well and is now getting the care she needs and deserves. I dont know what I would have done without University Home Care Services.
