I've lived here for 3 years and I think it's a very nice and safe place for seniors. Denise, Rebecca, & Phyllis, the night manager, are very nice and very good at what they do. They often spend time talking with residents, showing genuine interest. AND they swiftly, along with John and Todd, make sure things get fixed in a timely manner. John and Todd can fix anything and they are such nice guys. I highly recommend Brashear for those seeking a friendly, atmosphere and a nice, clean apartment, with a great management team!

Brashear Towers is a lovely, clean supportive environment with lots of activities. My mother enjoyed her time there very much. Denise and Rebecca were always very helpful and kind. Thanks so much!

I have lived in many different apartment complexes, and I am having a much better experience here at Brashear Tower. The manager and assistant manager are always working hard for us. It is obvious that they truly care about the well-being of the tenants here. Denise takes time out of her busy day to visit and ask how we are doing. The maintenance crew is top notch and comes in on the weekends if there's an issue that needs immediate attention. Also a big thank you to Phyllis, our night manager; who is here for emergencies. You are awesome! This is also definitely the cleanest, well- kept apartment building I have lived in. Kudos to all the employees here...Keep up the good work!

My mom liked the place had no problems with the management all ways friendly. The only concern she had was when they put the new windows in a couple years. But over all a good place to live.
