The Pines of Lapeer constantly strives to provide quality care and excellence to it's residents. Our team provides a great work culture for the employees. The leadership team is one of the best teams to work for. If you are looking for a place for your loved to call home this is a great place to tour. There are great employment opportunites for applicants who love the elderly population and want to impact the lives of others.

The staff at the Pines has been like an extension of our family. They treat grandma like shes their own grandma. We knew the initial transition would be difficult. However, Aimee, the director found grandma a room close to her office so she could help make the move easier on her and us. The staff is always working with us to help with window visits or whatever we need during this pandemic. They have to be nonstop with the additional work caused by the pandemic, but youd never know. They are always kind and willing to help us find ways to make this the best possible experience for grandma. Grandma loves the food here which is so important, too! Gloria works tirelessly to make sure they have the most beautiful decorations and safe, but fun activities. The building is clean and nice. I highly recommend the Pines of Lapeer. I cant say enough good things about Aimee and her staff.

My 86 year old grandfather is a patient here and i can honestly say that this is a wonderful place! My grandpa and i have lived together for the past 7 years. It was extremely hard for my to see him go to a nursing home. But when he first arrived hear at the pines, They did nothing but help him and keep him comfortable as possible. They also said it is his home and he can do what ever he feels like doing. Including haveing his dog over for visits . I really do enjoy this place! My grandpa bonds really well with the employees here and gives them a hard time almost everytime. It is safe to say this is the home for him and any other elder in need.
