I don't live there have friends there why have there not been upgrades? Per state budget? subsidy?

I just love it here! There is two elevators which is nice in case one breaks down. As for the bedbugs, I treated my place with a product called Aprehend (spelled with one p) It's a type of spray fungus that eats bedbugs. One dose and I haven't seen a single bedbug since, so it's worth the $150. And being 2 long blocks from the bus station you cannot possibly beat the location. Fantastic place! We are all going to miss Paulette as the property manager. She was the best!
