My family and I would truly like to thank the caring staff at Divine Life, Lansing, for the loving care that our father received while he was a resident. He received amazing compassionate, and kind care for the almost 2 years he lived here. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is faced with making the decision of assisted living for a family member. The communication between the staff and the family is constant. We honestly felt that the staff really considered our father as part of their own family. The love and care that we all received will never be forgotten. We truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism during our fathers stay. Thank you for everything.

I couldn't have asked for a better place for my father. The staff are so caring and friendly. The facility and his room was always clean and neat. I would recommend to anyone to place their loved one in their care.

This 2 star rating is solely based on my first interaction with the manager of Divine Living. Liza was extremely rude and unprofessional which made my first day there uncomfortable. She made no proper introduction and did not follow through with what she said she would do my first day there. Her first words to me over the phone were, "What's the problem? What's going on?" & when I asked about what the plan was for my first day she laughed and told me, "We're pretty nonchalant here." So "Nonchalant" that the second person to train me that night had only been there for 3 weeks herself and told me that she had no idea she was even supposed to be training. I will say that the residents were happy and well taken care of which to me is most important. Kerri, the woman who interviewed me, was amazing and made the interview/onboarding process so wonderful. I also had a chance to meet the owners, who all seemed to be dedicated and friendly. I had high hopes but I refuse to work under an unorganized and unprofessional manger.

Nice assisted living center in Lansing. Low simulation in the memory care unit. Staff were very kind and attentative to needs of my mom. All basic needs were always provided in a safe and caring environment. Manager was always very accommodating to my extra requests. Would recommend if you're in need of placement for your loved one.
