If I could give 0 stars, I would. In addition to Delta Retirement Center being an unlicensed facility, the administration is very rude and their quality of care is below par. They have such a large turnover of staff/caregivers and provide minimal if any training for them, therefore leaving the residents with long waits and wrong medication. The Director, [name removed], needs training in customer relations; she is untrustworthy, unwilling to assist and becomes very defensive when approached with concerns -- it is not a wonder there are so many vacancies there.

Not a licensed facility. Consistently understaffed. Minimal training if any. Do not need any experience, CPR training, CNA not required. Lots of gossiping. Very poor customer service and administration!

My mom has been living here for about 6 months now and she loves it. The entire staff have all been really great in every way. It is an enormous relief for me and her family to know she is safe and well taken care of each day.

Mom was well taken care of by caregivers and enjoyed there company. They were great with her and had only nice things to say about them. I would say her only complaint was some of the food.

My parents (97 and 92) have been at Delta Retirement for 6 months and are very happy there. Our family is happy with their care and with the facility itself. It's clean and safe and the staff is wonderful to work with. They offer a wide range of services and activities. A resident can be as socially active as they want to be. It is such a relief to know that my parents are happy and safe.

I was very impressed overall with Delta Retirement Center. The customer service was amazing and they went out of their way to ensure my dad was taken care of when he was placed in hospice and passed away. The staff was very caring as well. I highly recommend Delta Retirement Center. Had my dad not passed away, it was the right facility for him to goto and live. I encourage anyone to take a tour of the facility.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Delta Retirement Center. My mom currently lives there. Nura was a wonderful resource for me when I was exploring options for my mom. She took time to answer all of my questions and went out of her way each time. She was also incredibly helpful after my mom broke her hip and had to go to rehab. The facility is clean, all on one level, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is good. With covid, they have gone above and beyond to care for their residents and make sure that families are following the restrictions they have in place. Even though I currently am not able to see my mom, I can rest easy knowing that she is being well taken care of and loved there. Thank you Delta for being an extension of our family and for caring for our dear mom!

Perhaps because it is a family-owned living facility, Delta provides a welcoming, homelike and caring environment for the seniors who live there. Important to me as the daughter of a resident is that Delta makes it possible to maintain an independent lifestyle - the residents only get the help they need and request. Most of the staff have been there a long time, know the residents well, and all are respectful, helpful, and encourage residents to engage. And there is much to engage in! From armchair travel to local outings, from happy hour to religious services, from manicures to guest performances, a resident can stay busy 24/7 in intellectually stimulating activities. The building is clean and well-maintained, meals are varied and quite tasty, and residents always seem to find someone with like interests. My sisters, Mom and I considered a number of places in the Lansing area and are so pleased we found Delta.

We absolutely love this Community! With only a few days left in the Rehab facility for our dad, we were able to see an apartment the same day and put the deposit down. They just took over from there and figured out the placement even went and meet with dad in person, explained everything to him and made him comfortable with the move. They worked with the Lady from the Rehab and got all of the info, they needed including setting up home care. Thank you very much for going above and beyond for us!

We have moved both my Mom and my father-in-law into Delta Retirement Center. They both have dementia. They are very happy there and were not happy to go! Delta's staff is very friendly and caring and and very helpful to the residents. Both have settled in and love the meals and activities. It's like sending your parents to summer camp! I highly recommend this facility as a place for your loved one to live. We are having an all round great experience here.

Delta is a warm and friendly community. From the moment you walk in. The residence will greet you with sweet smiles and friendly hellos. On a nice sunny day you may see residence sitting on the front porch visiting . There are lots of fun activities you can join in. Such as Kirplunk, Bingo, Cards, Dominos, shuffleboard. How about a Van ride to C.A.R.D.S. Field to watch Warbirds and Classic large scale radio planes. How about a trip to Hawk Island for picnic. there is also the Free V.A. Breakfast second Tuesday of each month to Honor all our Veterans and thank them for their service to our country. Summers here so weve brought out the grill. Come on in take a tour and join us for lunch. Get to know people your age who have already discovered the secret to your golden years. Moving into a Senior retirement place where included in your rent are great amenities such as Meals, Housekeeping, Activities, chauffer to appointments, caregivers if needed, and an R.N.
