The clinical and kitchen staff were amazing, however the office staff wanted nothing to do with our family when my dad was dying and when he passed they ignored my mom and did not act like they cared after his passing. Is it all about money and getting someone in to take the room?

We visited our grandma today for the carnival and it was a great event for the families. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.

I went to the 10 year Anniversary Carnival today. The staff were amazing. The residents were all excited about how much fun they and their families had. Such an amazing atmosphere there.
