moved here a year ago and am extremely happy. the best part are the people, staff and residents! very welcoming and cordial. activities are well planned out and fun but you can go to as many or as few as you are comfortable. concerts, games, book club,excercise classes and fitness center!!!!

We recently moved my mother from the east side of the state to Heritage, and throughout an extremely challenging process for all involved, Matt, Traci, Kelly and the entire leadership and administrative team were (and are) exceptional in their support, service and professionalism while navigating through an unprecedented transition — not only for our family, but for the community as well. The Heritage team proved to us that they walk the walk of their mission for its residents as well as the broader Kalamazoo community, and we deeply appreciate the collaborative partnership.

My mother recently had a stroke due to Covid. She stayed at Heritage Community until she was well enough to come home with home care. Heritage is a wonderful place to rehab. Everyone is very professional, friendly and caring. Her needs were always met and I felt at ease about leaving her there. I would recommend Heritage Community to anyone in need of their services.

My mother moved in about 4-5 years ago. I enjoy seeing her in a place like this but she has her wishes of things that were different. This place offers a dining room for 100+ like restaurant style or residents can eat in their room. The staff has always been great. They were willing to record a short video of me surprising my mom for a visit of more than 2 years. The facility takes security and medical wellness measures. There is a double door entry system for security easy 110% of the time human monitored desk and entry doors. I'm posting some pics of me and my mom over the years for validity. I e had friends in far lesser places, when I get old I'd love to be here.....that's all I'll say

My parents are residents of the Artisan at Heritage and I can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff. The social programs are vast and rich, the people are lovely and nothing is too much trouble and the food is absolutely fantastic, which was such a pleasant surprise.
