DO NOT MOVE HERE; they have a ROACH AND BED BUG INFESTATION; you could also get evicted after someone (like other tenants) make false claims against you.. I lived here for 3 years and have lost furniture due to bed bug infestation. The apartment manager also lets illegal guests to stay more time than lease allows.. I will be calling the state everyday until this building IS SHUT DOWN!!! It’s a [language removed] ; they also have drug dealers living there.. the entire building needs to be shut down!! Maintenance doesn’t do their job.. I’ve been waiting for more than two years for them to change my air ventilation.. still never done it..

Without hot water for since January it's been going for hot to cold back to hot back to Warm I am getting tired of it paying high rent don't have no water I water like I'm supposed Thompson tower they did me so wrong how they evicted me and I pay my rent like I supposed to and they still evicted me for over $1300 that I offer back rent they still evicted me and that's all wrong and dirty how you did me they could let me they could let me kept paying that balance at need to get rid of that new manager lady Ashley like she didn't care Jesse act like she was the only person really care how to get rid of me so quick after I pay my rent on his second of September and still want to get rid of me anyway and you got to give me a chance to pay that balance out it's hard to find places nowaday I'm frustrated that I move out

Lived here for 5 years. I don't have any other option for a place to live. Security is kind of pointless. People constantly are stealing my packages number 6 package stolen so now I can't have things delivered here to my own "home". There's not enough surveillance. Hallways have no cameras only lobby outside and elevators. Some people are annoying and creepy. Elevators break down around the clock previously. Office doesn't return phone calls. We went 5 days without power. Go long wait times for ac to be turned on. There's fires or smoke fires all the time. Which is scary because my kids are here and pet.

I do not like how they charge me a lot of money for rent to live here in this building and this place not worth $800 to live here I just wish they' do a better job fixing this building and painting and repairing the elevator need to have a dog bag.For the dogs so use the bathroom on the floor also the air conditioner needs to be fixed correctly I like the staff and security guard keep us safe.please fix hole parking lot

I like living here don’t get me wrong, but one of the office managers makes me feel like I’m making a mistake staying here. Security is good, the housekeeping and maintance is good. But it’s to much that makes me want to move.

A good visit. The front door entrance does not open when the person you are visiting tries to open the door for you via their phone. They have to come to the front door physically to let you in.

Not a great place to live.. roofs leaks, elevators break every other week, smells horrible, ppl don't take care of their pets there uses the bathroom anywhere on the premises near your car under your windows on the sidewalks it's just nasty.. and most of the residents are mentally unstable.. not a great place to live literally..
