I am thrilled to share my positive experience with Prestige Way care facility! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The resident rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, a testament to the facility's high standards. The activities director deserves a special mention for keeping things fresh and engaging with a constant stream of new events and games. I was also impressed by the beautiful outdoor patio area, perfectly appointed with plenty of comfortable furniture. Maintenance issues? No problem! The maintenance crew was always happy to help, no matter the request. And the Director of Nursing was readily available and willing to assist at all hours. A real cherry on top was the kitchen staff's commitment to variety and quality in their cuisine. They've introduced a range of new dishes that have delighted residents and visitors alike. Overall, Prestige Way exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking top-notch care and comfort for their loved ones."

They have a caring staff who looked after my brother until he passed away last year. Darlene was especially kind and even got him access to a piano that he could play when he was able. Our family was happy with Prestige and felt he was cared for.

My mother was a recent patient at prestigious way and I can tell you that it's a nice clean facility. The people are fantastic and they did a wonderful job taking care of my mother before she passed, and I thank them for the care they gave her to make her comfortable.

My mom has been at Prestige Way for a year now and she loves it. The staff truly care and it shows. They go out of their way to make her feel special and loved. They also go out of their way to connect with family members and are never too busy to chat for a moment. I rest easy at night knowing she is safe.

We took an impromptu tour of the facility mid-Jan 2023 and Darlene was fantastic! We were SO impressed she came in on her day off to give us the tour. She answered questions nearly before asked and offered info that wasn't thought of. We decided to proceed and was able to move in personal items, decorate, and make the room homey before our loved one's official move-in date (no one likes change and this made the situation less stressful). Since, we've found the Resident Care Staff caring and considerate of their resident's needs. Additionally we've found Management easy to work with and overall so far so good! We especially like that Staff are cross-trained so resident needs are covered should someone call in. And yet, there is a division of duty so "one" staff member is not responsible for everything. Unlike at our previous facility, they have a Recreation Coordinator, dedicated Kitchen Staff, Restorative Care Aid, and Medical Technician Staff, and the Executive Director is onsite. We also appreciate that this is a "smaller" facility and more like a family setting and less like an institution/hospital. An added bonus is this facility has a security system which doesn't allow entry OR exit without a Staff member entering a code on the keypad. Unbeknownst to us, this was an important factor for our loved one's peace of mind.

Every department of this business is a good experience. Admissions were very kind & patient when I was in a panic to find a place for my mother. The director is prompt to respond to any questions. The rest of the staff is amazing too. Always a smile & truly care about the residents.

My Grandma has been at Prestige Way for some time now and our family has been very pleased with the care. The staff is always friendly and more than happy to help assist Grandma— they even go as far as to helping her with her cell phone which is really helpful for our family. I can tell my grandma is happy here because when I visit she is often playing the piano or has a new puzzle out. Thank you Prestige Way!

I just want to thank the entire staff for the compassionate care they have given to my Mother during her stay at The Manse. She chose The Manse because it felt more like home than some larger Assisted Living facilities. The Owner and his wife and children met us and shared their vision to provide personal care to residents. There are multiple activities daily for residents to enjoy. There are also quiet spaces for just reading a book or enjoying the fire in the fireplace. The open meal schedule allows residents to eat with others during scheduled times or have a quiet meal at any time or in their own room. Unfortunately my Mothers health began to fail and that is when the personal attention provided to her became particularly important. Every caregiver enters her room with a smile and the best part is that she smiles back at them acknowledging that she is happy they have come to help. They are so patient with her, they listen to her requests and make every effort to provide necessary care while respecting her dignity. Not only are they wonderful with my Mother, but from the front desk, the kitchen staff when I may request something for Mother, often a scoop of ice cream, the Registered Nurse and Med Techs when I request something additional and all the caregivers and housekeeping staff, every one is thoughtful, compassionate, often I get a big hug, and they make time to share how Mother has been when Im not there sitting by her side. It just means so much when we trust that our parent will receive the BEST care and seeing that every day as we have is just wonderful. I thank Chris and Laura, Owners, for providing the leadership to allow staff members to give of themselves in such a personal way. I feel The Manse should be rated the best place to live in San Luis Obispo County when living independent is no longer possible. Many many thanks.
