Well I've been going there to see my girlfriend for a while. I see that the landlord don't do anything about people throw rocks that people's windows. People that live in the building messing with people's doors. The landlord is watching people tenants there She even said it out of her own mouth. Can't go outside without somebody watching me that is evading my privacy and I'm not from your I am from Flint. I would like for somebody to take care of this please it's very uncomfortable to go over to my girl's house and she has the guy upstairs at 133 has the lady that works at the office watching people that come in and out of the building I would appreciate it if somebody could take care of it and then 1:30 her daughter is knocking at people's doors disrespecting people yelling in the hallway slamming doors. It says to be quiet at a certain time and nobody ever follows those rules

I have never felt safer and more comfortable since I moved in. I love this place! Maintenance keeps everything looking awesome! And Dan is great at his job! We love it here!

I had a service request for my closet door and it was repaired within 24 hrs. Kevin the maintenance tech was polite and very professional!

I love it here. It's quiet, lovely, great neighborhood. People move here and stay. Of all apartments I've ever lived in, this is by far the most comfortable. The layout is unique with lots of storage and closet space. Maintenance is excellent, usually a light repair is done same day by their polite staff. Benson Hills is by far the best place to live if you're looking for an apartment.

Dan the maintenance get 5 he should get a raise he's awesome he was really nice and kind to me when he came into my apartment very nice guy. He dose his job. Very friendly person. And he always gets the job done. Other than that I don't have very much to say neighbors don't respect their neighbors but hey it's a place to live. I just wish people would stay in their own lane.

Kevin was absolutely amazing when it came to installing and uninstalling our temporary AC unit. Loved living in Benson Hills for the last 4 years. Amazing community and supportive management team.

I've lived here for three years & feel very safe here. The complex is great for walking. The rental increases and fees are reasonable. Leasing office and maintenance are professional and kind - issues are addressed immediately. My roommate and I are very happy here.

While the buildings are old and getting "long in the tooth", management is great and always helpful and maintenance personnel are fast, efficient and extremely friendly. The location is wonderful

I rarely give reviews but I felt obligated to leave one for this apartment complex after my interactions with them. I recently applied to Benson Hills, and although I ultimately signed elsewhere, the entire experience left me immensely impressed. The management team here was helpful throughout the application process; they were incredibly responsive and helpful, making a typically stressful journey much smoother. Chasidy, especially, deserves acknowledgment for her exceptional customer service. She was responsive, genuinely caring, and incredibly patient in addressing all my questions and concerns as a first time renter moving from California to Michigan for school. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of an apartment near MSU. The only reason why I signed elsewhere is that I was specifically looking for a gated community, but was having trouble getting approved so I had to explore alternatives.
