We designed the dining area at Provision Living of Forest Hills to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Thank you..... You all have been wonderful. My mom has been living at Provision Living for almost 2 years. Although this last year has been difficult on everyone, they have kept our loved ones safe, protected and healthy!! The facility is beautiful and clean and all the staff truly love their jobs!

After an unfavorable experience at a different facility, Provisions went above and beyond helping to transition my mom to their memory care facility. It was a true blessing being able to walk along side them as they cared for my mother during her last & most difficult 4 months. Dementia is a difficult journey to walk with a family member. However, they helped us every step of the way and listened to our thoughts and ideas as we worked to come up with a care plan that best met moms needs. They focused on providing the best quality of life for mom while also caring for her medical needs. The employees who regularly cared for mom became like family to us. Both the atmosphere and employees at Provisions are warm, friendly and inviting. They have wonderful activities and field trips planned for the residents and good food that is prepared on site. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of assisted living or memory care.

As a Care Transition Manager at CarePatrol, I work with many communities on a daily basis. Shannon and her team do a great job of communicating and working quickly to admit residents into their community. Provision Living at Forest Hills has been a go to of mine do to Shannon's timeliness, communication and compassion when working with our clients; making it a seamless transition into their community. Her response time is topnotch, making my job easier. The team at Provision Living at Forest Hills does an excellent job and works well as a team.

My position grants me the privilege to serve families as they consider this new chapter in their lives... a move to a Senior Living community. As you can imagine, for some, this journey comes with its share of fear about the unknown. Change is never easy, but Shannon Schram and her team do an incredible job making this transition a successful and pleasant one for my clients. I can honestly say I have only rave reviews from those who have chosen to make Provision Living their new home.

Provisions had been a true blessing to our parents. The staff is amazing! My dad lives in an apartment and my mom is in the memory care center. It gives me great comfort to know how sweet and kind they treat my parents.

The facility is beautiful and my parents 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for them. It is a good size, very clean and includes a nice kitchen. There are many activities available and everything is very well communicated. They love the quality and choice of food that is offered at meals, and the always available snacks. But most important is the staff. Our initial contact was with Cheri who is the Sales Director. She is incredible to work with, and so wonderful with my mom and dad. She made the transition very easy and was always available no matter what questions we had. She was still helping them well after they moved in because she really cares about their experience. My dad raves about how incredible and helpful all the staff is. My mother requires a great deal of assistance and she receives it with professionalism. He is amazed at how many staff members work with my mom each day. It is a great comfort to know they are so well taken care of. Additionally, they communicate with me to let me know they are always available if I should have any questions as well. Thanks again.

Provision Living at Forest Hills was an answer to where our mom could live. She still wanted some independence and her own place. We found Provision Living to the perfect fit. She had her own one-bedroom apartment that was light and clean with amply space for her personal items and furniture. The staff was wonderful. Activities were well planned and fun for the residents. The entire facility is new and offers a variety of areas for residents to use. The staff are very welcoming with family members keeping us timely informed. I certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking for great care for their family member.

My Mom moved into Provision Living in January 2020. Since then I have been very impressed. The staff is friendly and seem to like their jobs. There are many activities to join if you want. Most importantly, the staff has done an excellent in keeping residents safe from Covid-19. I would highly recommend Provision Living at Forest Hills. I am quite happy with the care my parents are receiving. My mother is not good about asking for help, but is learning to do so. It is wonderful they are able to be together.
