The senior living community at Cascade Trails is beautiful, clean and home-like. The employees were friendly and helpful, and acknowledged me right away. The residents were gathered for an activity and seemed to be enjoying themselves and each other; lots of smiles and laughter. The dining room is spacious and well lit. There are even two golden retrievers who visit with the residents. The apartments are spacious, each with a private bathroom and large closets. Laundry services are available on site. The building is nestled in a quiet wooded area right off Spaulding Ave SE.

Mom seems to be much more settled and happy in this smaller community. The staff is very attentive and knows each resident by name and also become quickly attuned to their medical needs as well. When searching for a new home for Mom in the StoryPoint communities, I did note that the cost per month varied by location (and size) of the communities (sites closer to the city were more expensive; smaller communities cost more than the larger communities).

My dad is taken care of like family at Cascade Trails Assisted Living. The staff goes above and beyond”especially on tough days when he needs extra patience and compassion. He’s not just a resident to them”they take the time to really know him, from his favorite foods and music to the activities that make him smile. They make sure he’s included in daily activities and encourage him every step of the way. When his daily living activities become more difficult, they adjust his care with thoughtfulness and dignity. It gives me peace of mind knowing he is surrounded by people who truly care about his well-being.

From the moment both my grandmas moved into Cascade Trails, our family has been consistently impressed with the incredible care, warmth, and professionalism of the staff. What truly sets this community apart is the genuine, personal connection that every single team member makes with the residents. It’s more than a job for them, you can tell it's a calling. The community itself is absolutely stunning and impeccably maintained, from the common areas to the beautiful grounds. The sheer number of activities and programs is outstanding, offering everything from art classes and musical events to day trips and fitness programs. Both my grandmas have truly blossomed since moving in, rediscovering old hobbies and making wonderful new friends. There is always something engaging to do, and the staff does a fantastic job of encouraging participation while respecting individual space. The apartment is bright and spacious, with beautiful views that make it feel like a true home. The dining experience is also excellent, with a variety of delicious and healthy meal options served in a lovely restaurant-style setting. Most importantly, the peace of mind this community provides is priceless. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always goes the extra mile to ensure every resident feels safe, comfortable, and cherished. The communication with families is stellar, which gives us great reassurance. I cannot recommend Cascade Trails highly enough. It is a loving, vibrant community that has completely exceeded our expectations and made this new chapter of both my grandmas’ life a joy.

Cascade Trails is a wonderful Independent Living Residence. We have enjoyed living here for 11/2 years. The residents are all very friendly, and are like extended family. The staff working here are outstanding, and caring. Our 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, with a wonderful kitchen area. We are also given a parking space in a heated garage, plus a very ample separate storage area.

We visited several other facilities in the area and Cascade Trails was clearly the best. The facilities are virtually brand new, the rooms are very spacious and the staff is extremely nice and engaging to the families. My Mom was in both assisted living and memory care and we thought both units were terrific, particularly the memory care.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Cascade Trails. The management AND staff are friendly, good at what they do and professional in how they work. The food is pretty good and chef’s are flexible in preparing alternative meals. The Life Enrichment staff does a terrific job finding activities for residents to partake in, encouraging everyone to participate.

I cannot thank Cascade Trails enough for everything they did for Bill, my grandfather. He peacefully passed away earlier today in the exceptional care of everyone at Cascade Trails. All of the staff members are incredibly kind and caring and do everything in their power to take care of their residents. We will never forget you and everything you did for Bill.

I have worked 27 years in the senior care industry as a COO, Executive Director and as a licensed Administrator. My Mom has been struggling in her current environment since my Dad’s passing 2 years ago. Today, Sept. 11th, she moved into Cascade Trails independent apartment living. The staff has been unbelievably amazing! They have gone above and beyond for my Mom and her move. She was able to attend various events prior to her move in order to experience what life would be like if she chose to come to Cascade Trails. In all my years in senior care, this organization is beyond impressive. No living situation is perfect but this one is darn near perfect. I highly recommend Cascade Trails! They are attentive, they listen, they are highly committed to the resident, they own what needs to be improved and I could not be happier for my Mom! I’m so excited for all she will be experiencing in terms of her quality of life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and keep up the GREAT work!!

Beautiful place but very unhappy with our uncle's end of life care. Great place until his final days. A United States Marine Corp Vietnam Vet should not spend his last days lying in dried urine. We complained only to have them not change his sheets but cover it with a bed pad. I guess when they know their monthly payment of over 7,000.00 a month is about to end so does their standards in care. If your loved one is in memory care well good luck getting in and out the locked doors. We had to wait for the kitchen staff since none of the nurses had a key fob but somehow a family member from another patient had a key fob and was able to let us out. Just know their marketing is fabulous. Maybe that's where all the money goes. I pray your relatives never have to spend their last days the way our uncle did.

We can not say enough good things about Cascade Trails. The facility is absolutely beautiful...from the rooms to the common areas all the way outside to the flowers and landscaping. The team is outstanding. They went out of their way on a holiday weekend to admit our grandfather and made him feel extremely comfortable during a bit of a rushed move. I would recommend Cascade Trails to anyone looking for a great home for their loved one! Teri and team were and continue to be first class!
