I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Cascade Trails. The management AND staff are friendly, good at what they do and professional in how they work. The food is pretty good and chef's are flexible in preparing alternative meals. The Life Enrichment staff does a terrific job finding activities for residents to partake in, encouraging everyone to participate.

I cannot thank Cascade Trails enough for everything they did for Bill, my grandfather. He peacefully passed away earlier today in the exceptional care of everyone at Cascade Trails. All of the staff members are incredibly kind and caring and do everything in their power to take care of their residents. We will never forget you and everything you did for Bill.

Cascade Trails is amazing!! I am an employee here but I must say its far more family oriented and more of home than work. We have a great team and hard workers. The care staff is great at taking care of our residents and fulfilling thier needs, and the residents here are very heart warming. I have worked 27 years in the senior care industry as a COO, Executive Director and as a licensed Administrator. My Mom has been struggling in her current environment since my Dad's passing 2 years ago. Today, Sept. 11th, she moved into Cascade Trails independent apartment living. The staff has been unbelievably amazing! They have gone above and beyond for my Mom and her move. She was able to attend various events prior to her move in order to experience what life would be like if she chose to come to Cascade Trails. In all my years in senior care, this organization is beyond impressive. No living situation is perfect but this one is darn near perfect. I highly recommend Cascade Trails! They are attentive, they listen, they are highly committed to the resident, they own what needs to be improved and I could not be happier for my Mom! I'm so excited for all she will be experiencing in terms of her quality of life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and keep up the GREAT work!!

Beautiful place but very unhappy with our uncle's end of life care. Great place until his final days. A United States Marine Corp Vietnam Vet should not spend his last days lying in dried urine. We complained only to have them not change his sheets but cover it with a bed pad. I guess when they know their monthly payment of over 7,000.00 a month is about to end so does their standards in care. If your loved one is in memory care well good luck getting in and out the locked doors. We had to wait for the kitchen staff since none of the nurses had a key fob but somehow a family member from another patient had a key fob and was able to let us out. Just know their marketing is fabulous. Maybe that's where all the money goes. I pray your relatives never have to spend their last days the way our uncle did.

I just wanted to add that every time I went to visit the staff was very professional and friendly. The director, Ms. Beaty even went out of her way to check in and make sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend this gorgeous facility.

We can not say enough good things about Cascade Trails. The facility is absolutely beautiful...from the rooms to the common areas all the way outside to the flowers and landscaping. The team is outstanding. They went out of their way on a holiday weekend to admit our grandfather and made him feel extremely comfortable during a bit of a rushed move. I would recommend Cascade Trails to anyone looking for a great home for their loved one! Teri and team were and continue to be first class!
