The cook at the Bistro at Wellbridge in Grand Blanc is so friendly and is a wonderful cook! My Dad was here for 3 weeks who came here to rehab after leg surgery. The majority of staff is very friendly helpful, and professional. We had a few hiccups while he was there. On the weekend, they do not have the necessary nursing staff. My brother and I had to help my Dad to get on commode because CNA took too long to arrive. Another time, the CNA wasn't paying enough attention to my Dad when he was getting up from commode and he lost his balance and fell and caught himself on edge of commode. The worst incident happened during 3rd shift. The CNA was not happy that Dad had a catheter with a leg bag instead of a full bag. It meant she would have to change him 3 times during her shift. So she opened it up and the urine went all over my Dad and the bed. She left him like that in the bed. Dad pushed the buzzer at 1 am for help and the same CNA did not return until 5 am. She changed the sheets while Dad still in bed. She could have had him go to wheelchair but she didn't. She also changed my Dad's clothes. Dad told 1st shift CNA about it. He got Dad a shower. This first shift CNA Dad had was the best. If he said he would do something he did it. He treated my Dad and the rest of family with respect. I have forgotten his name but he is a thin man with dark hair and most of the time very happy.The cleaning crew came in and cleaned and disinfected Dad's bed and carpeting. Other nurses came in and talked to Dad about incident. A manager came in to talk to Dad the next day. The next 3rd shift Dad had a different CNA. One or two bad apples does not negate the rest of the good care he had. The physical therapy and occupational therapy my Dad received was excellent!

I just spent 4 weeks at Wellbridge of Grand Blanc after back surgery! I was treated with utmost care and respect! The nurses and aides I had on the 700 wing were very good to me! Then there was Andrew and Allison in the therapy dept! I went everyday and they did not take no for an answer! If I ever need to go back to rehab, it will be there! Thank you all so much!

3 Stars because the facility itself is a very clean, and nice place. The first day my stepmom was there was great, as they usually are. Everything went downhill the next day. She has a lot of issues taking medication. She is highly allergic to a very long list of medications as well as anesthesia. My dad explained to the intake nurse that she cannot take all of her medications at the same time, she made note of it and said it'd be no problem. However, every time they brought her meds to her, they had them all in a cup and stood there and told her she had to take them while they watched. After attempting several times to explain that she can't take them all at once, they grabbed them away from her and left the room. This was of course after already being 2 hours late bringing them in the first place. Also, she is unable to walk at the moment and had to take her meals in her room. She had to wait until everyone was done eating in the dining room for someone to bring her very cold meal to her. After two days of this treatment my dad packed her up and took her home. They want her to go back after her surgery this week but he's not going to let her go there. Do better!

My grandmother was moved here after living independently. The staff here is amazing from the CNA's to the nurses, and at the end their Hospice services are amazing. The activities and programs are very engaging and the food is amazing! Highly recommend.

Would just love to say these people at the Wellbridge of Grand Blanc are amazing and care. Our mother has been here and has gotten the best care she could ever get not to mention the friends she has made along the way. All I can say is what an amazing group of people that care.

Wow! What a facility. The food, quality of Care and personality of the staff made my loved one feel safe and taken care of. Therapy also helped with an at home evaluation which was very helpful. 5 stars would recommend!

I can't express enough how impressed I am with the staff at wellbridge. From the moment my family and I walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The care provided is exceptional. Each member of the team genuinely goes above and beyond for my grandma. My family and I are so grateful for Shanda and Zack. They have been so supportive in this scary process of picking the right place for my grandma! I will definitely be recommending to others.

This facility has to be the most well run, organized, and family oriented facility that I've seen in Michigan. I have a background in closed door pharmacies and I use to be the account manager with over 95 skilled and assisted living facilities all over Michigan doing their medication reviews and change overs monthly and when I step into this facility I would have no doubts bringing my loved one here for care. The executive director has a heart of gold and the entire staff are just hard working and caring.

My mom, Nancy, only spent a few short months at WellBridge before passing away but the love and care she received will touch my heart for a lifetime. Raychelle stood out among everyone on the WellBridge team and truly provided my mom the greatest few months of her life. She also supported my husband and I in caring for mom and helped us feel at peace whenever we couldn't be with her. WellBridge is a beautiful place inside and out. As a registered nurse and former director of nursing, I know what it takes to make a nursing facility great and WellBridge is doing it exceptionally well.
