Our family was blessed to find The Pines for our dad. It is a beautiful facility, clean and inviting. The staff were ALWAYS accommodating. If we had a request or concern it was addressed quickly. There is a genuine kindness towards the client and their family. We cannot express enough how grateful our family is to Ruby and the amazing angels that work there. Having the comfort of knowing how well Dad was being cared for was priceless. Thank you from our collective hearts. The family of Jesse.

Its going downhill! The staff shortage is huge due to lack of pay and satisfaction staff!! Over worked and forced into overtime daily! The staff raises used to replace the electric chairs with leather cold chairs that dont recline and loosing the home appeal. The staff do all they can to care for my mother and doing the best they can under these circumstances...its beyond their control now! Looking into other place soon.
