My mom has been at the Brook of Gaylord for 4 years now and we are very happy with the experience. The nurse aides are caring. The building is clean and very well furnished. The manager in charge, Bree, is AWESOME. If there is an issue with my mom Bree calls immediately. Mom had a cat for a while that just didn't work out. Bree adopted it! My only concern is the turnover of nurse aides. I'd assume other places are paying more money and it's easy for them to jump ship for more pay - I sure can't blame them. Overall, great place I'd highly recommend.

Dad stayed for a week for respite care. We couldn't have been happier! The staff was very friendly and caring. They were very attentive to our requests and seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. The facility was spotlessly clean, right down to the kitchen! Meals were cheerfully served and looked appetizing. The staff was very attentive to the needs of the diners. We'll definitely consider using their services again for respite care or long-term residency.
