Holiday WinterVillage is a wonderful home for my brother with Down Syndrome. The staff are amazing and treat him like he is their own brother. Having his room cleaned weekly and 3 great meals a day are exactly what he needs to help him with his independence.

My brother moved into Winter Village a little over a year ago. The staff and residents have embraced him as one of their family! I am so thankful that he has the opportunity to live independently and appreciate that the staff looks out for him. Where do you even start when you want to leave a review for a facility that has become the new residents for both 90 yr old parents. Well let me just say we landed at Holiday Winter Village Frankenmuth Mi. We as a family have been surrounded by the most Kind, Wonderful, Gentle, Fun, Smiling, Efficient and Talented Caregivers. I could go on and on and on… From the very start when we toured, they made this process so simple. The staff is so full of love and understanding for our parents needs and feelings, this was a huge step for them.They also took into consideration our feelings as their sons and daughters, that this transition was going to be difficult and hard on all of us. From day one we have never looked back. My parents are the happiest well taken care of and comfortable in their new home. We as a family are so grateful for the love and care that they receive daily. 5 STARS will never be enough The MEARES Family

I sincerely love living at the Winter Village. I have lived her for 16 years and it definitely feels like home. I have made great friends that feel like family. Great place that my grandparents are happy to call their home!! All staff is welcoming and seem to enjoy the work they do. That in itself takes a large amount of stress and worry off my shoulders. When the staff really cares about the work they do, the quality follows.

I visited Holiday Winter Village with my aunt yesterday. I was favorably impressed with the warm, friendly, and caring environment we encountered. All the residents that I observed were happy and friendly. The positive comments from them were encouraging to me that my aunt would be safe and cared for. I not only recommend that others consider living here, my husband and are I considering it further down the road for ourselves!

We attended the 2023 car show this year on Thursday evening September 7th prior to the Frankenmuth Autofest. We attended last year's event and we made sure we would Not miss this years show. The staff presented an outstanding atmosphere for the car enthusiasts and the individuals that reside at Holiday Winter Village Frankenmuth. The Autofest was brought to their doorsteps and the smiles were worth more than anything. I can not say enough about the excitement that was generated. Incredible effort by the Team at Holiday Winter Village Frankenmuth. My vehicle will attend next years event. Hope to see you there.

Winter Village has been a wonderful community for my grandfather who moved in about a year ago. He enjoys the food, the activities and the friends he has made. He was only supposed to stay for the winter and has decided to make it his permanent home!

After touring Winter Village during an outreach event, I was able to enjoy a meal as part of my experience in the dining room. What a great setting to enjoy great food! My grandmother recently moved in and has been very happy with this facility. Her apartment is spacious and has beautiful views of the grounds. The food is overall good, and the facility has many different activities for all of the residents. The facility is very clean and has transportation readily available for the guests. The staff has been very friendly. Sarah in the management office has been very kind, accommodating, and has gone out of her way to welcome my grandmother. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that is searching for an independent living facility.

Love everything there, but need more of a gluten free menu for those who have celiac disease and gluten allergies. Otherwise, residents stay sick. Please advise and stress concern to chef and workers passing out meals. Katie and staff are very friendly and willing to help! Thank you! Such a beautiful place!

Giving new owners time to improve, difficult to do during COVID lockdown. Meals brought to room warm rather than eating hot food with everyone in dining room. New chef will hopefully improve taste and variety of meals. Frequently have entertainment, currently outdoors so everyone can spread out. Nice building and appartments.
