The buildings are beautiful and the staff is so caring! Daily activities and therapy contacted in where they have a use of a full therapy gym! Every resident Ive spoken with loves this place and considers it home. Highly recommended.

I have been the Life Enrichment Director for one year now and love it. The staff here continue to be very helpful and assist any way they can with all the activities. The campus is beautiful and welcoming. Management has been great and are very supportive to all staff and our residents.

I have had the pleasure of being able to work with the management team and they are out of this world! They are extremely hands on and very welcoming. The care staff is amazing as well and the care they provide the residents is wonderful! I would recommend this community for a loved one!

The Landings is an excellent facility for so many reasons. They have friendly wrap-around services. But one aspect I really like is that they really engage the seniors in many activities of interest to keep their minds and bodies fit.

Landings of Genesee Valley is an assisted living facility that will give you total peace of mind that your loved one is well taken care of, happy and safe. All initial apprehensions are immediately taken care of with patience and understanding. All questions are answered, all concerns are dealt with. The staff is friendly, cheerful and caring. Management, nursing and all departments are easily accessible. The rooms are bright and cheerful, the food is excellent. Nursing is on call 24 hours a day. Doctors are available as needed, as are podiatrists. The transition from home living to an assisted care facility is stressful and worrisome. Landings has made this transition worry free. My loved one is comfortable and happy and I am relieved and grateful.

Payed 5200.00 first months rent and my mom only lived there for 4 days and she passed away we only received a check refund for 1500.00 was expecting half or maybe 2/3 back the manger there is hard to deal with Do not place your loved one here look elsewhere look up there reviews of employees and careers they get bad reviews

I am so happy with the responsiveness and help Stephanie, Mercedes, and the staff at Landings provided for my family. I am very thankful for everything that has been done to help us transition into memory care. Tough decisions made easier with caring people.

We visited Landings of Genesee Valley. They were real nice and they've been checking back with me every month to see how mom's doing. It's a low-key place. They have activities. The staff member showed me a room and it was alright. The staff and the facilities were really nice.

The Landings is an excellent assisted living that takes great care of its residents. The staff are all very kind and welcoming. The food is incredible. They put on lots of fun events for the residents and their families. I highly recommend the Landings if you are looking for a safe place for a loved one to live.

The Landings is a wonderful place if you are considering assisted living for your family member. The facility is beautiful and affordable. Every interaction I've had at The Landings has been positive-clean, safe environment with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I most enjoy that the staff work so hard to put on public welcome events- to keep their residents and their families tied into the Genesee County community. Horrible!!!! Do NOT take your loved one to this place! We had to move our mother! You need to be there every day to be sure care is being done. Beware!!!!
