As a resident with family members here I can confirm this place with new management has cleaned out the bad people that came with their own bugs!:) Ms. Appletons review is false and bitter because she was hired as our night manager and did nothing but harass us all and call this place HER building. She had her own personal 420 smoke Hut until NEW management tore it down. She then moved and left a FAKE review. No Surprise. This place is safe, has the BEST new cleaning lady finally, and maybe two occupancies ™

Bedbugs never go away in this building. There are cockroaches also. The plumbing is from the 1950's. This building does not provide a safe and healthy environment. I am m9v8ng and never moving back in again.

Flint Heights is quality housing at an affordable price. They offer resources and benefits at no extra cost to the resident. The management team works to keep the high rise clean and safe. The residents care about each other and protect each other like family. I am thankful that I get to work with the best group of people at Flint Township's best kept secret. The reviews I have read reflect the clientele we serve: Quality residents leave good reviews and residents who have left under eviction leave poor reviews. If you are looking for quality housing at an affordable price, call FHT and inquire about the wait list.

Absolutely best staff and best community around. They care so deeply for each of their residents! They are quick to resolve any issues that arise and do so in such a pleasant manner. The Resident Manager Cheryl is highly professional and has a heart of gold. It’s evident how much she loves her job. I highly recommend Flint Heights Terrace!
