Moving my mother here has been "life-changing" for my mother and my sister and myself. My mother has severe dementia, and requires a lot of care. when I had her in a large, assisted living facility, she had different caregivers all the time and I was quite worried she wasn't getting the care she needed. I no longer have that fear and know that my mother is being well cared for. That allows my sister and I not have to worry about her on every day basis. Now we can enjoy our visits with her, knowing that she is being well cared for when we cannot be with her. .

Absolutely, 100,000% percent, the best facility I could even imagine to place my father in. Veronica and Bernard are phenomenal human beings who have their residents best interests at heart. They do have particular visiting hours which is understandable when you have elderly residents with varying disabilities and care needs. I love that they put their residents needs, care and safety ahead of what is convenient for others. They are transparent and communicative about this and everything. I am so happy and relieved that my father is in the best hands available.

I highly recommend!! Ben and Veronica are the most kind and compassionate people who treat their residents with dignity and respect. They were born for this! The house and residents are always clean and well fed. My dad went there on hospice and we had little hope he would make it past a few months.. His health improved so much because of the care he was receiving and he lived another 2 years!! How amazing!!

Pleasant Valley is a lovely, impeccably decorated, bright and sunny group home. The owners (also the main caregivers) are clearly in this because they earnestly care very much for others. They are taking incredibly good care of my mom and she is in better spirits and better health than she has been in many, many months. They are trustworthy and kind and I'm grateful to have found this facility for my mom.

We recently put my 93 yr old aunt at this facility on the recommendation of one of her hospice workers. I will forever be in her debt for directing us to this beautiful, clean, and amazingly loving home. Our aunt has dementia and believes she is in a luxurious hotel. We couldn't be happier with her care. We would recommend them to anyone. We hope they are able to take us in when it is our time.

Can I give 10 stars? How can one put into words the appreciation for finding the most caring, compassionate, and wonderful family to take care of my mother? This home is beautiful, immaculate, and the perfect setting for your loved one. I could not be happier and more satisfied. Mom is treated with an abundance oi respect and dignity, and the level of care is second to none.

We moved my father to Pleasant Valley at the height of the pandemic, a week after all care facilities were closed to visitors. It was a hard time to transition and difficult for everyone. Veronica and Bernard cared for my dad as if he was their family, treated him with dignity and respect, and did all they could to keep him comfortable. He was kept meticulously clean, fed home cooked meals, and received every type of service he needed. Pleasant Valley was the solution that allowed me to stay very involved with his care, continue to work and know that his needs were being well met. We had open lines of prompt communication the entire time. I had researched, interviewed and visited many different types of facilities and I am so glad we went with Pleasant Valley.

We moved Mom into this extraordinary home a couple of months ago. We can truly say that It has exceeded our expectations in every way. Run by a caring, competent, and professional couple with a health care background, they are diligent in attending to all of Mom's complicated physical, psychological, and emotional needs and do so with extreme precision. As a hands-on family, we were blessed to find a home that welcomes us as if we are their family. Mother will be 96 next month and coming out of Covid19 and a very bad nursing home experience we needed to be sure to find an environment with patience, understanding, and love. Pleasant Valley Family Care checks all the boxes!
