I cannot recommend Peaceful Manor highly enough. The home is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and surrounded by gardens. The owner is loving and kind and truly cares about the ladies that call the manor home. When I took my mom there in March I was heartsick with worry about her condition and how she would do in new surroundings. She didn't want to walk and she barely ate. Now at 94 she is in great health, walks with the walker and is happy and alert. The owner dresses her beautifully, curls and cuts her hair, puts jewelry on her and does her nails. She seems very happy and enjoys the constant company and attention she gets. Thanks to Peaceful Manor I can sleep at night knowing that my mom is being cared for. I will be forever grateful to A Place for Mom and to Peaceful Manor.

The tour we had here was good. The person who gave the tour was attentive and prepared to give us the tour. I liked the owners at Peaceful Manor but I felt that it was not the right fit for my mom.

Peaceful Manor is a wonderful place. Our only regret is that we did not find this place first. We had to move my mother from a assisted living facility because they wanted her in nursing care which was not needed. We found Peaceful Manor and was immediately impressed with the facility but more importantly the people. We move her shortly afterwards. Since she has been there we are even more impressed with her care and the great people working there. We had her in a very nice assisted living facility but my mother is doing much better since she has arrived here. Our family thinks this is just about as close to home as we are going to get. Monica, her staff and her family really makes a difference. Most importantly to us, we will not have to move her again. We have looked at many different places in trying to find the best fit and no place has come close to Peaceful Manor! IHMO if you don't check out Peaceful Manor you are missing out on a jewel of a place.
