My mother, who has dementia, has lived here about a year now. I can't say enough how pleased I am with EVERYTHING! From general care, medical and nutritional needs, to the social interaction and warm family feeling and atmosphere. It's all wonderful. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. I can visit my mom whenever I want. They meet her every need. She seems very content and happy here. I'm so happy I chose Orchard Manor. I will highly recommend.

Our family was so blessed to have found Orchard Manor. When we needed full time care for our mom this intimate home was perfect. All of her needs were met by the staff. The home was very clean and the residents always had good meals. We are very grateful for the care mom received.

Orchard Manor is the only place I trust to take care of my loved one. They provide exemplary individualized care and attentiveness to each one of their residents. It is a wonderful environment where residents are cared for by competent and friendly staff. It truly feels like home and like family where the residents are able to enjoy delicious homemade meals, activities, music, and more. This is the most accommodating, warm, and welcoming assisted living facility you will find! I would highly recommend this place for your loved one, you won't regret it!

My mother was already in hospice care when she moved to Orchard Manor on Raphael in Farmington Hills at the end of March, 2022. She passed away on July 3, 2022. In the just over three months she lived there, Mom had better, more compassionate care than she had in her own apartment with private pay caregivers. The owners, Rodica and Dmitiri and their daughter Sephora were professional and caring and built a warm relationship with Mom. They handled her meds well and had a good working relationship with Hospice of Michigan personnel. I especially appreciated Rodica's nursing expertise and her willingness to share her observations. The other employees reflected the challenges that beset health care these days - some were good, others not. Rodica did not keep on any employees who did not meet her standards, which are, thankfully, high. My mom's last months were as good as they could be because of the Orchard Manor and Hospice of Michigan team who were all dedicated to her comfort and care.

Orchard Manor provides a beautiful, safe, caring family environment for their residents. Rodica, (registered nurse/owner), her husband, family and caregivers work to ensure my mom is comfortable and that her individual needs are being met. They provide attention and personal touches that help my mom feel special. Rodica also closely monitors the health and well-being of the residents and is in contact with family members if there are ever any concerns. It's a joy to visit my mom, both inside this beautiful, peaceful home and outside with its gorgeous flowers and landscaping. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my mom is getting individual care and attention. I highly recommend Orchard Manor.

Jack Snyder I am glad it looks EXACTLY like a home in a residential area. I have done the research and still doing it. This place is full of people who want to live in a home JUST LIKE YOU but cant do it completely on their own. And they get to have roommates in a similar situation. Why cant they live in a residential area with other homes?

Orchard Manor is a lovely place. We love the cozy atmosphere of the small home setting, and the friendly caring staff. I am in and out of there often visiting my mom and there is always something cooking on the stove which also makes it feel like home. Rodica and her staff are so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Orchard Manor.

Unfortunately, for the last 2 years our family has had experience with several health care facilities due to my mother's illness, and as such, i can honestly state that Orchard Manor is the gold standard among healthcare providers. Rodica and her staff are excellent caregivers who are very caring and attentive to each individual resident's healthcare needs. They also do an excellent job of listening to and addressing the family's needs and/ or concerns, if any, as it relates to their loved ones. Rodica, her husband, and staff have created a very family oriented, healthcare driven atmosphere. At all times, the home is maintained in an extremely clean manner and immaculate order. It was/is truly a blessing that we were able to find such a wonderful environment that is also adept in addressing our mother's healthcare needs. The Brown family is forever grateful for Orchard Manor and all that they do.

Our mother has resided in Orchard Manor for a year. During the transition a year ago and throughout the progression of her dementia Rodica has worked with us to solve problems and answer questions. We are grateful that she is a registered nurse and intervenes knowledgeably and proactively. This review wouldn't be complete without acknowledging the caregivers. The care our mom gets is excellent. We our so happy and relieved that we found Orchard Manors. The owner Rodica and the staff is so caring and compassionate. Everything cooked is home made. Rodica and the entire staff at Orchard Manor are a blessing as they care for my mom in a loving and safe environment. It's a comfortable place to spend time visiting and has a genuine feel of being at home. The house is always clean. The food is always well prepared and tasty. The staff goes out of their way to engage with the families of the residents and are sensitive to any needs that arise. The smaller home atmosphere is a pleasant alternative to larger facilities. I highly recommend Orchard Manor as an assisted senior care option.

Mother lived at Orchard Manor for over 2 years. She was loved and well cared for by the team at Orchard Manor. It is such a family atmosphere. Warm, clean and homey. When my mother required additional care and services 2 years ago I did not know where to turn. That is when I learned about Adult Foster Care Homes specifically Orchard Manor. I knew immediately that this was the place for her. Not only is it a beautiful home but more importantly the level of compassionate care from the staff is exceptional. The fact that the one of owners, along with her husband, is a registered nurse brings additional comfort . We, as a family, feel very fortunate to have our mother here.
