Incredible staff. I stay here weekly for almost two years and chose it over many other hotels. As a business traveler, the physical aspects of the building are kept up and modern, use the fitness center regularly and quiet during the evenings. Chelsea, the manager, is very professional. Noah, front desk, is SUPER professional and very accommodating, and the bistro serves a wide variety of healthy choice meals that are prepared perfectly. Cindy, Hillary and the evening cook prepare perfectly cooked meals. Rates are very reasonable. Staff is on par with the Townsend Hotel where I stay every month or two. Will continue to stay there well into the future.

courtyard manor was my first healthcare job and will be one to remember ! as an individual i’ve grown a lot and learned a lot from here and the residents . I did not think this position could change me but i’ve realized i love helping people and will want to continue and further my career in healthcare with the influence from CYM! I won’t beat around the bush every job can be hard and stressful sometimes so don’t let that stray you away . If you do not have compassion , caring or a strong work ethic then i do not recommend this job for you. The staff is pretty good with getting rid of people like that . Your loved ones are in good hands with cym!

My great grandma was a resident there for several years and these people are amazing! They deal with a lot of difficult residents. My mom loves the workers there. My grandma passed away a while back. my mom still calls to talk to April she has grown a friendship with many there.

I highly recommend Courtyard Manor Farmington Hills. When our family first learned our Mom required memory care we researched area facilities, arranged tours and met with Admissions staff of those facilities. Based on location and the family like atmosphere with a bright and cheery community room, Mom chose Courtyard Manor Farmington Hills. Little did we know at the time, what a perfect fit Courtyard Manor would be for our Mom. My personal experience has been very positive. Knowing our Mom is surrounded by a competent, caring, friendly and compassionate staff provides me a sense of comfort and peace of mind. Healthcare, diet and medication management have been very effective for our Mom, and on-site medical staff always keeps our family informed of any healthcare or safety related issues. This has been particularly appreciated during the Covid-19 pandemic. I would be remiss not to mention that one of the most beneficial aspects of this facility for our Mom has been the personal interaction from ALL staff, and the activities program offered by Courtyard Manor Farmington Hills. The Activities Director and Coordinator are very engaged with residents and provide a well balanced program of stimulating activities-- from group exercise, art, music, lectures, pet therapy and spa days to field trips and excursions...Moms personal favorite. Thank you Courtyard Manor Farmington Hills! You are greatly appreciated!

I am a friend or relative of a current, past resident Our family has been extremely pleased with the care our loved ones have received at Farmington Courtyard. The rooms are cozy and inviting allowing the residents to add their own personal touches The common areas allow room for individual and group activities. We are particularly pleased with how quickly the nursing staff addresses any medical changes with the residents and keeping the family informed of the action being taken. Staff and administrators have all been very accommodating making sure that the residents are comfortable. Having our loved ones there has given us Peace of Mind.

Just wanted to say I recommend this facility if you have a loved one that has behavior issues. If there are no other options left for your loved one, please go here. Theyre small, homey and very loving staff. They will never kick out your loved one when behaviors flare. My father is there finally after 3 other homes kicked him out, Courtyard of Farmington does an excellent job with him. I only wish we had moved him in sooner. Recommend highly.

I just wanted to say how nice the young lady in admissions was I spoke to her yesterday. I called by mistake to make an appointment with Dr. Ruza. I was given your number by a referral. She was patient and kind with me to explain where Dr. Ruzas office was and gave me the correct office number for him. I asked her where I had called? And she explained who you are and spent the next several minutes telling me all about your facility. She spoke with such a love for the residents you have there and the type of care you offer. I really was impressed with the conversation and the warmth that I felt from her. I cant remember her name. But wanted to share.

My family and I was hit with a difficult decision to place our loved one into a home outside of their own. There were many facilities within the area yet not many willing to take in those with the certain levels of care we needed. We wanted our love one to be comfortable and safe in a environment where they can be assisted and still have the qualities of being at home. After a wonder tour I still wondered was this the best place. As I reflected I remember the other families and care staff that were interacting and participating in the daily activities with the residents . I thought to myself we wasnt alone. Other families understood too the difficulty of transitioning and created a support for one another there. Now we all a family

The care the provide, the attention to the patients, focus on their personal needs and keeping the family engaged has been wonderful. My family consistently states that moving my mother to Courtyard Manor Farmington Hills was one of the best decisions we ever made.

I cant say enough good things about our experience at Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills. My father moved in late last year. He was in poor health due to neglect at a different assisted living facility. Everyone at Courtyard was so helpful in getting my father the care he needed. I was always able to reach a nurse or member of management with questions and was impressed with how professional and caring they all were. Unfortunately, his health has declined further and he is now in a nursing home. If his health improves and hes able to move back to an assisted living environment, this is the only facility I will consider. Thank you to everyone at Courtyard Manor of Farmington Hills!
