Brookdale Farmington Hills staff and their Medical Teams work extremely hard to insure the residents are taken care of. They are caring and compassionate. Unlike the last place we were at. We as a family finally feel like we can relax knowing our father is being taken care of.

I am very happy with the environment my Mother is living in. The staff is truly caring and have gone over and above expectations to insure she is comfortable and happy. Although they are experiencing major staffing shortages, as is the rest of the country, they all jump in to make sure all needs are met, including the Manager cleaning rooms, the front staff serving meals and even doing laundry. They continue to offer first-rate activities, excursions and field trips. They are maintaining a safe environment and show respect to the residents as individuals. I would recommend this facility.

This is a marvelous, caring facility for the 62+ group that need a live in care solution! It is very clean, and ALL of the staff impresses me as truly interested in the comfort, car and well being of all residents. The facility is very well managed by true pros like Joe Whitney and Rebecca Holmes. Strongly recommended!

I used to work at the Farmington Hills location. They have always cared about their residents. The staff responds right away when concerns are brought to their attention. Its reasonably priced and the effort to care is evident in their everyday work. Thankful for their commitment as essential workers for their residents that had no where else to go.

My dad is really enjoying the peace and quiet. The building has beautiful landscaping and is surrounded by trees which he likes to look out at. The patio included in the room is ideal for the spring time since he likes planting vegetables. The price was very reasonable and Rebecca from sales was great at working with our familys budget to make sure he could age in place and add care if necessary.

My Dad has lived at Brookdale for almost two years and we have had a great experience. The staff has been wonderful, especially during the pandemic. It may not be the fanciest, but the price is good, apartments are spacious with plenty of storage, food is good, home care staff is friendly and attentive. The location is very central and its nice to have a screened in porch and some greenery surrounding the apartments.

I have lived here for one year and have been very satisfied with Brookdale - Farmington Hills. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. The food is good. There are 2-3 activities provided each day during quarantine. The facilities are a bit dated, but are very clean. They have managed the covid-19 issue beautifully. I feel safe and comfortable.

I heard many wonderful things about Brookdale Farmington Hills and so when I had some back problems, I was very happy to be able to go to Brookdale for outpatient therapy where they really worked magic on my back. I was invited to attend a craft class one a week and a cooking class the next time and even an ice cream social with trivia! I really enjoyed the friendly people that I was surrounded by and the employees were all polite and caring and it really stayed with me. I highly recommend Brookdale Farmington Hills for senior living and when I am ready, thats where Im going! I am in a one bedroom apartment and I really like it, especially the screened porch. The price seems reasonable to me but I hope it doesnt go up every year! The managers, Joe ( our Executive Director) and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their serious concern and plans have kept the Corona virus away. I say Cheers to them! Food could be just a bit better but it is a difficult time.

I really like living here. I looked at a few places and this was the happiest place. I walked through the dining area and everyone looked happy and a few said hi. Since Ive been here the staff has been great and the people are very nice most of them. I really like the way Joe Whitney keeps us posted on new things and I like the test results - All negative for the virus.

My dad currently lives in Brookdale Farmington Hills. This is really an Awesome place. Great people and amazing food. The care staff Balanced is super attentive, caring and patient. My family and I really love Rebecca, Joe, Debbie at the front desk and all of the support staff.
