Outlandish deceitful management on site and in the headquarters. Medical Care Plan filled with incorrect information that they flat out refuse to correct. Unanswered calls for meetings. Except when they pushed a meeting to me on a Friday evening with two days notification and called it my fault I did not attend. We are over one year of residency and reached a limit. Even the best of their staff care givers have resigned due to lack of faith in the management or care ethics. Yes, ethics are poor. Capstone was that after one full year they decided to clean out my mother's cubby of fresh snacks, claiming that the expiration date on the peanut crackers and hard candies had expired and they could not leave old food....which was not old and was acceptable for the year up to today, when I had easily monitored the snack expiration dates. For $8100 per month, the top level of care is demanded, and we only receive second hand management. Poor experience. The few high quality experiences are trounced bythe endless onslaught of irresponsible management oversight.

As an exercise teacher at several retirement communities in the metro Detroit area, I have a fair amount of knowledge of what makes a good home and what does not. I must say Anthology of Farmington Hills is terrific in many respects. Their staff is very congenial and caring. There are many activities to keep the residents engaged. I'm always stressing the importance of drinking water, after exercise and certainly throughout the day. Anthology is one of only 2 homes I go to where their marvelous staff passes out water immediately after I am done with my class. That shows a lot about the caring aspect of this community. And they have me coming 4 times per week, which indicates how they value health. And the facility is just aesthetically beautiful. You walk in and it just feels right. 5 stars for sure and a wonderful place to be !

Beautiful facility, I had a tour with the Executive Director and was very pleased on how delightful she was , I had the opportunity to have lunch in the dining room and was very impressed, talked with several residents and they all seemed very happy

Anthology of Farmington Hills is a very nice building. Staff is very welcoming. Ever since working here it has been nothing but a good friendly environment. I love my residents. They are the reason I work so hard. Management is very lovely. I love that you can go to them whenever there's an issue and they come up with solutions to solve it. I had the pleasure of touring this community. It is an extremely beautiful community, and the customer service was excellent. The ED, Dolanda was knowledgeable and professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The Nursing Director, Keisha greeted every resident we saw by name. The staff were friendly, kind and interactive. The core of any great community is it's leaders. It is great to see this location thriving and aiming to provide exceptional service to our seniors.

Came into a beautiful establishment the employees were awesome and I really love the Director of health and wealth. Mrs. Hutchinson. She was very knowledgeable and very kind hearted and spoke with so much love and affection. Me and my husband also were introduced to the ED.. Ms. Scott, she was just as knowledgeable as Mrs. Hutchinson, they are a great team. This will be a perfect place for our loved ones to live and establish more friends , crafts, movie, and enjoy other events. We felt like home there and I feel that are family will be excited to know that they will be at the place knowing that have gain another family. Thank you Anthology Team! You will see us soon.

The Director of Virtue focus building Relationships with families also keeping the Residents safe. The New Maintenance Director been keeping the community cleanliness. The New Activity Director has been keeping the Residents active bored free. The New sales Director been getting new Residents in the Community. The facility itself was amazing, but their Health and Wellness director Ms.Hutchinson was definitely the selling point. She was extremely knowledgeable about the facility, professional, and made my aunt feel at home. I appreciate her taking the time to tour us and wanted to thank her for her warm welcoming. My experience at Anthology has been the greatest experience. Since I've been working here the staff has been so welcoming. They are family orientated and we all work together as one. I love my residents, they are the highlight of me getting up and coming to work everyday. Knowing I can make a difference in their lives daily really put a smile on my face. The management is SUPERB! Mrs. Scott is an AMAZING ED. She runs this building so effortlessly and the professionalism she possess really shows throughout the building and her staff. Mrs. Hutchinson is an AMAZING DON. The professionalism she possess as well shows through her staff. She is helpful, knowledgeable, hard working and supportive. The nurses Shante and Donea are wonderful nurse supervisors. Everyday they are striving to make Anthology a better and brighter place for the resident and also their employees. I can't pick a better place to work at but Anthology of Farmington Hills.

During my four-month stay, the care and service at Anthology of Farmington Hills exceeded my expectations. I found the care and cleanliness to be superb. The staff is always friendly, polite and very helpful. The chef was always accommodating. The nurses, reception staff and aides are very caring. The activity always worked hard to get us involved. People who came from other facilities remarked about how superior Anthology of Farmington Hills was.

When looking for the right place for my Dad, I had to ask myself this question. What makes a person feel at home? Home is where a person feels safe, a comfort zone, sort of speak. It is also a place where friends and family make memories in that safety. Knowing that my Dad is aging and will need assistance from time to time, and as hard as it is to admit, I am unable to assist and be there for him full-time. So, I started looking for a place that would provide all of this. I needed a quiet, quality, clean space for him to live. A place where he can meet and socialize with others with activities and such. Also, a staff that sees the value they bring in helping their elders strive and not just survive. I have met some of the staff, and they are professional wonderful people-focused individuals. Top care for when my Dad will need assistance medically, but also a kind staff to treat him with the respect he deserves. I highly recommend Anthology of Farmington Hills. See for yourself.

Friendly restaurant staff and counseling team. Clean. Good food. Some delay when requesting assistance from caregivers. Management working to resolve difficulty promptly. We shall see. Parents just moved in this week. As requested, staff made immediate adjustments, and policy of kind. prompt care was restored overnight!

The most beautiful assisted living facility I've ever visited. The thought and care that went into this build is second to none. The gorgeous decor and large windows in each room gives it a resort feel. Not to mention the team behind it all is lovely! Definitely a place to visit and consider.

My dad has been living in Anthology Farmington Hills for one month. He loves the staff, the food and just about everything. This past Sunday we had him over for dinner. Later in the day he said, "time to take me HOME". That sounded so good to hear.

My father-in-law moved into Anthology so effortlessly a few months ago. The whole process was wonderful and he absolutely loves it there. From the cleanliness, to the outstanding food, to the genuine care he receives, it's great. Everyone knows each other too, which makes it feel like home. We are so pleased with his new home! Additionally, my school next door to Anthology, Warner Middle School, has a partnership with the Anthology team and residents. We work collaboratively on events (activities for our students and the senior residents) and they support all of our efforts to better our school for our community. The staff are enthusiastic, creative, and kind about enhancing our students lives and the lives of their Anthology residents. We just love it here!
