I finally decided it was time to put my Dad in an assisted living home. We went and took a tour and I was surprised he was actually willing to try it. So I started the process,actually it wasn’t that bad. It took about 3 weeks start to finish,we were lucky they had an opening with a nice view of the gulf course. He has been there for about a month with no problems. Everyone from the caregivers,laundry,HR to management has treated us great. Most of all he is happy & being well cared for. Highly recommend!

Amazing management who go above and beyond for their residents and their families. Always making accommodations and doing everything they can to make sure not only families and residents are happy, but their staff as well. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their residents and their families are safe, healthy, and happy. I would consider everyone a team but I don't, it's a family I will never forget when a family came in saying they could feel the family vibe in the building. Another person has even stated they have never walked into a building and felt so welcomed and warming. He even stated "You girls are just so full of life, always laughing and no matter how hetic it is in here you guys hold yourselves together and show no stress or frustration". That right there has shown me a lot about this company. Keep up the amazing work!!!! Know you ARE appreciated!!!

My mom has been at The Lodges of Durand for over five years now. She initially had a room in the main lodge, and was moved to memory care after that building was renovated. My family and I have been very happy with the care our mom receives at The Lodges. I know most of her caretakers by name, and to a person, they are all compassionate, caring, and patient. I find it hard to believe there are a couple negative reviews on this site. I have visited my mom day and/or night for all these years and have never once had an instance where I felt she wasn't being cared for properly. The staff members go above and beyond to get to know each resident, and what he or she enjoys, so they can enrich the resident's day-to-day living. I feel that my mom is treated like family at The Lodges, which is just what I was hoping for in an assisted-living home. I highly recommend The Lodges if you find yourself in need of such a facility for someone you love.

I moved Mom to The Lodges of Durand memory care in May of 2017. The Management and Staff are friendly, kind and treat the residents with love and care. I visit often, and have seen the great care given to each and every individual. I am so pleased I placed Mom in this facility. If you are in need of a place for your loved one, l highly recommend The Lodges.
