My experience with Addington Place and Mindi has been far above what we could ever have asked for. It has not been easy finding a place for my brother who has Parkinson’s and dementia. Mindi is so caring, compassionate, kind, gentle and understanding. And Mindi is so knowledgeable of who to speak to, who to contact with forms to fill out and so on. In all the process of my brother having been diagnosed with this disease Mindi has by far been the most caring and kind person and risen above the call and gone to bat for us. Words can’t explain how great she is. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. The staff is just s kind as she is.

From application through the admission process, Mindi went above and beyond, taking care of every detail. She was patient, professional, and very understanding. Mindi maintained communication with the family, and greeted us when we arrived. The facility is beautiful, and the staff and residents are very friendly. If you are considering Memory Care, I would strongly recommend Addington Place.

Quiet rural area close to Dewitt and my fathers friends. Melissa was extremely helpful in leading me through the admission process and was always available when I had questions. The rest of the staff is equally as helpful and caring. My dad has met several friends and loves the food. He recently returned from a short hospital stay and was welcomed home with balloons in his room. Great, caring place for aging seniors in need of care.

Its nestled in a wooded rural area of Dewitt Close enough to 69 for easy visits without the noise of the highway. The staff does an awesome job of making all of their residents comfortable and happy. Melissa is a joy to work with and genuinely cares about helping families and residents feel at ease going into assisted living

The leadership, clinical team, maintenance staff and kitchen crew all have a caring approach and put the residents and their loved ones first. Missy and her team work tirelessly to make Addington Place, not just warm and friendly, but home. Have worked closely with Melissa for over a week (Many, many calls, questions answered!) She has been outstanding, supportive in every way for our family. We so appreciated her cheerfulness and kindness during a tough time for us. Calls were always answered promptly and she went above and beyond trying to make arrangements for us. Prestige Pines is a wonderful community to live and work in. It truly is my home as I have been blessed to care for people in this community for ten years. I absolutely love our staff, residents and family members with all my heart!!

Love love love working here. Love all the staff. The nurse and missy are great! They care about everyone, all the staff cares about the residents. The residents get home cooked meals 3 times a day. They are well taken care of. Everyones gets treated like family.

I do not have a family member at Addington Place nor do I have a friend there. I have known people who have had family members there and recommended that my mother-in-law and mother both go there when we needed a facility. Unfortunately, we could not afford private pay and had to go elsewhere. I more recently have first hand knowledge of the staff and some residents. I know that staff worked diligently through the days with no power to make sure residents were as comfortable as possible and that meals were provided timely. The salaried employees worked multiple hours late into the nights to maintain as much normalcy as possible for the residents. Other employees volunteered to stay late, come in early or work doubles so that the residents received the best care possible under the circumstances. I have met several staff members and seen interaction with staff and residents. I would not hesitate to place a loved one in this facility and would feel confident they would receive wonderful care.

It just felt right. From the time I walked in the door, I felt like this was a special place. I watched how the staff interacted with the people that live there. They were laughing and joking. I was there at lunch time and the food looked so good. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. If i can get my mom to move up from Florida this is where she will move.

Very clean and well run place. Staff truly cares about the residents. Food is excellent-homestyle recipes that taste so good. Room sizes vary based on style but are on the larger side. Nice areas outside for resident use.

Couldn't ask for more! Wow. The staff at Prestige Pines are amazing. The amount of love and kindness they shared with my family as my mom moved into the community exceeded our expectations by far. All of the staff are friendly and kind. No matter what time of the day or night when I stop in, I am greeted with a smile and a hot cup of coffee. It isn't just my mom who moved into Prestige Pines we all kind of did. Our family is at Prestige Pines so much that it feels like it is our home too. The Family Dinner was so much fun. It was nice to meet other families and other residents. Prestige Pines was a great choice for our family, I am sure it will be for yours too?

My dad lived in the memory care unit at Prestige Pines in the months leading up to his passing. We are so thankful to the staff there for going above and beyond to make Dad's days happy and peaceful. Our family truly appreciated the efforts made by the nurse and staff to ensure he received excellent, personalized care. We truly enjoyed the activities offered by the community, especially the family dinner and music therapy. It was a joy to see our dad singing along to his old favorites! I would recommend Prestige Pines to any family that is looking for a safe place for their loved one to call home.
