I have been at restoration towers many times there were 2 very dear friends that had lived there for many years Irvin Goodman and arleane who used to work in the kitchen good rest there souls also viola they have passed away they loved the comfort and caring qualities at restoration towers i miss Irvin arlean and viola very much i will be there Monday to fill out an application for myself because it's almost like home to me for the past ten years

Cell phone reception is terrible throughout the whole building. I had to walk fifteen feet away from the building before I got any type of signal.

For me staff was rediculous. They find reasons to enter your apartment a few times a month to shake you down. They told me the were felony friendly but turned me down anyway, while letting a friend of mine in who also has a worse felony history. I'm glad though cause the place is way too full of elderly people who either sell drugs or hooked on drugs and alcohol and end up setting fires at least twice a month. Far too many breakins and robberies occur.

Clean, good staff but Margret Davies runs this place like a plantation. There is a MANDATORY meal program with too much starch sugar and processed food! The new renovations have destroyed reception for our cell phones tv and even wireless internet service we have to open the patio door or go outside to get a call! That's not good ITS GETTING COLD!!
