I asked MANAGEMENT several times if anything was owed was told no Then when we are up for lease renewal this Year 2024. Kamper Stevens Apartment Management PLACED A COLLECTION CLAIM on my Daughter's Credit REPORT she's 20 yrs ol, this Is A SCAM INTRAPMENT, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM SAID THEY SWITCH US OVER TO MARKET VALUE WITHOUT SIGNING US UP FOR THIS…I NEVER SIGNED A NEW LEASE AND MY DAUGHTER NEVER RECEIVED OR SIGNED A NEW LEASE. ITS A SCAM BECAUSE PAPERWORK WAS NEVER SENT TO MY NEW ADDRESS THIS THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT HAS. THIS INFORMATION WAS NEVER MAILED OUT ACCORDING TO THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
