Always a joy to visit our friend at your facility. She is so well taken care of and seems truly happy there. The staff is awesome. I haven't met anyone there who isn't happy & joyful. Everyone is great with the residents. Very caring! Also the facility is immaculately clear and cheerfully docorated.

Easy sign-in & out. Visited in the evening hours (6:30-8:30). The place was so quiet. Nobody will have a hard time going to sleep here. Very nice gathering areas & plenty of room to walk around. Very happy here. But the best for visitors is it is located right by Lucky's restaurant, which is awesome to gather when family comes in.

My Mom has lived here for some time now. It is always scary moving a parent to the dreaded nursing home. I tell you these people have exceeded my expectations. Mom has made friends and is thriving - I was terrified she would withdraw in a new place. The girls that work here are lovely and often call with updates on Mom. Several have my personal number and send me weekly updates and photos. I have stopped in many times unexpected only to be greeted warmly. One evening I walked in on a care giver reading my mother her Bible. That is a moment that touched my heart and i will never forget. This is not a cheap place but you cannot put a price on knowing that your mother is safe and surrounded by help Day and night.

Our mom has dementia and is in memory care here. When we placed her here she was 77 pounds.She settled in fairly quickly.The staff took their time and she is now happy and thriving. Shes up to over 100 pounds now.The facility is always clean and the staff is amazing and helpful.are VERY happy we were able to get her in thereI highly recommend Charter Senior Living

Chris bowman is the best boss ever!!! Looks out for his employees time has been really tough lately and we have all been stressed out but Chris has made the best of it. Also Kristy Hudie and Jenny Wendel I couldnt imagine working for anyone else you guys have shown me and a lot of coworkers what true team work is thanks for supporting us and helping us get through this mentally and physically!!

My mom was treated like family here. She was at another facility and we moved her here shortly after it opened. It was a GREAT move. There are plenty of fun activities and the layout gives you plenty of options for getting out and visiting, and for larger family gatherings. We had our family Christmas there the last two years and it was GREAT!

Worked there for allmost 8 months was asked if i could cover some shifts in bay city said no its to fair 2 days later got a phone call saying i didnt have a job any more owners will tell poeple what ever they want to here to get them in there home good poeple that work there but it dont matter if good poeple work there if the owners are not behind them couldnt tell you how many times i whent to the store and spent my own money to get stuff for residents

My mom requires very unique care and the staff at Hampton Manor have exceeded my expectations. The owners and staff treat the residents like they are family, from greeting them like family when they return from an outing to everyday tasks such as meal time, bathing or whatever help your loved one may need. My mom is SO HAPPY living there and that warms my heart and takes a huge weight off from my shoulders. God bless Sam, Imron and the entire staff at Hampton Manor for all that you do…youre truly a blessing.
