I have read some of the bad reviews so I had to share about the experience with Cranberry and my mom. My mom was there for almost 2 years. The staff was very caring to my mom where she eventually called it her "home". They were very quick to help her with all of her needs plus providing her with much needed friendship. When she was at the hospital and was put on hospice, the hospital would no longer keep her there and we had to move her. I called the manager of Cranberry in Clio and she said to bring her "home" that they wanted her back in her room at Cranberry. They made all of the arrangements to get her there within hours where she finally passed a couple of days later. The staff and manager was absolutely awesome and caring. My mom was so happy there.

My 97 y.o. mother was at Cranberry Park Transitional Living in Clio for close to a month before passing. The facility is very nice with each resident having their own room with space for their own bed/sofa/chair and they each have their own bathroom. More importantly, the staff was truly amazing. It was very apparent that they truly care for the residents. Staff members were always patient and kind and treated the residents with respect. When my mom was nearing the end, several staff members told me "I come in and sit with her at night when I can so she isn't alone." That was very comforting for us. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to others who are struggling with no longer being able to care for an elderly parent at home.

The best place to have your loved one live. The care is phenomenal, with staff going the extra mile to make sure each resident is happy but most of all that they feel at home. All the aides, as well as the management team take care of business by the book, and all of them seem to love their work, as hard as it may be. Staff does an excellent job of explaining things that arent easily understood by someone who does not work in this field. They put the family and residents best interest first, ALWAYS! Would recommend to any and everyone!!!
