I moved into Mulberry Pointe in April. The very first day I arrived I was warmly greeted by one of my neighbors. The people in this community are friendly, helpful, kind, caring, and look out for each other. I have the best neighbors. It is quiet here. At 7 p.m. each evening you are welcome to join in for socializing, bingo, board games and chit chat. You don't have to join in but are welcome if you would like to. Our Manager, Kimberly truly cares about her Residents; she is prompt in responding to any questions and does an exceptional job putting together fun activities. Kimberly does a fantastic job connecting with her Residents. She met me with a warm smile when I came to tour the building and politely and professionally answered all questions I had. Kimberly is professional, friendly, approachable, warm, caring, kind and she helped make my move in process go smoothly. Maintenance, Rick gives excellent Customer Service when addressing any maintenance needs. He is pleasant, kind, caring, professional, courteous, takes time to get to know the Residents and completes maintenance requests in a timely manner. The grounds are kept nicely. I feel safe here. The entrance to the building has an intercom system for guests and deliveries to notify you upon their arrival. After entering the lobby, you are met with a beautiful winding staircase, gorgeous lighting and decor. There is coffee and tea to enjoy and tables and chairs, a couch and large TV in the lobby area. A great space to settle in for good conversation with friends, family or your neighbors. My apartment has beautiful vinyl flooring throughout the apartment with carpeting in both bedrooms. Sliding glass doors in the living room lead to a patio where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. You can add chairs, a table and potted plants if you like to your outdoor space. The master bedroom is spacious with two closets, a large master bath with shower and a good size space to put your dresser or shelving unit or even make up table and chair. There is a second full bath with a bathtub. As well as a second bedroom perfect for a guest room or home office. The closest space is ample for all your extra's and a nice large coat closet. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer. The wall color is a beautiful neutral shade which is warm and welcoming. If you are looking for a place where the people are warm, welcoming and friendly, look no further, the Aspen and Mulberry Pointe would make a great home for you.

A Beautiful Place To Call Home! I love living here in my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment! The residents here are so very kind and friendly. They always welcome me with a smile. I enjoy the fitness equipment in the same building where I live. It's a nice place to take a walk. I am very grateful for Kimberly, Property Manager. She is outstanding and so very helpful and kind. She made the move-in process quick, smooth and was on top of everything! Kimberly is very dedicated to making this a beautiful place to call home. The apartment complex is so beautiful inside and outside. Thank you!

I am one of the very first residents in Aspen Pointe. I have no complaints. The building is beautiful. With so many available resources around the neighborhood. I have lived in these Apartments since July 2023 and have been very happy. The Apartments are very spacious and new. Kimberly is always available for any questions or concerns. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, adults only place to live you should consider Aspen Pointe.

I have recently moved into Aspen Pointe from Florida. The apartment is wonderful with lots of room and plenty of closets! Kimberly was wonderful in assisting me with the challenges associated with a long distance move and has been is ray of sunshine to all of us.

My husband and I have been here at Aspen Pointe since it opened approximately 8 months ago. We feel as though we're living on a continual vacation. It's an absolutely clean community to live in and enjoy. There's an exercise room with state of the art equipment. There is a nicely appointed community room with comfortable seating and a gaming room which has all the popular toys just for us!! The owner was careful to make sure that the residents needs were met. We've had an opportunity to meet several of our neighbors, it's amazing how nice they are. This is the perfect place for seniors as well as empty nesters. Our beautiful manager Kim, is one in a million who maintains our building with excellence and make it her mission to get to know all of those who live in this beautiful community. Damiano along with his dad worked tirelessly to put this community together and they've done a fantastic job. It's BEAUTIFUL!!!
