Guardian Angel Adult Family Home has created a caring environment that promotes senior health and independence. The Guardian Angel Adult Family Home offers memory care as the main focus in a complete package of senior care services offered in a residential care home.
The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Clinton Township staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. Guardian Angel Adult Family Home meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

A Place For Mom
5 stars for all the categories. My mom has been living at Guardian Angel since [month removed] of [date removed]. She loves it. What we really like about Guardian Angel is the one on one care, and the consistency of the staff. The staff team has been there for almost the whole tie mom has been there. Everything has been great. Visiting PA monthly, and podiatrist are great. They have video exercises available for the residents. The home and staff are very clean, and the owner is an RN.

My mother is currently a resident at Guardian Angel, and has been for almost 2 years. The care she receives is fantastic, but more importantly the love that pours out of Nola and her staff is wonderful. A labor of love in the name of Jesus! I would have mom nowhere else!

Guardian Angel Adult Family Home has been a blessing for my 83 old Mom and a huge relief for me. Nola DeVougas is the primary caregiver and owner of the business. I hesitate to call Guardian Angel a business. It is a HOME!! that functions as a CAREgiving business. Nola has been a God sent Angel! I could not take care of my mother as good as she is taken of at Guardian Angel. The residents are treated as family. Actually even better. The love, care and dedication to service is above and beyond what I could give my mom. The house is spotless, food is homemade, fresh and hot. Medications are dispensed by the staff. All the things you would expect and then some. As an only child - I need to know and feel comfortable that if I go on vacation or got sick that my mom is in the best hands. She is in the very best hands. Nola, her staff and family are all top notch. My mom didn't move into a Group Home she moved into a HOME. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. And they are loved. You can feel the love. My mom loves Nola. I am so grateful to have found Guardian Angel Adult Family Home and Nola. The previous place mom was at was not good. she was neglected and verbally abused. Thank you, Nola for all that you do for my mom and I. God Bless Patti

Mom has been at GAAFH for two year and our family is extremely pleased. A very clean, loving neighborhood environment and is a Family Home for all who are there. The service is excellent; Nola the owner, an outstanding RN closely monitors the medical condition of her clients. She handles the medications and appointments that occur there at the home. Mom is always well groomed and happy. A secured home where all feel safe and visits are controlled by appointment. If you were too asked … this is the place I would want my Mother to be a resident at. Thank You Nola and your staff for the great care and love you give to those in your charge.

Guardian Angel Adult Family home has been a blessing for our family. While Nola DeVougas is the primary caregiver and proprietor, her family is also very helpful. Nola has created a very loving environment for my 95 year old mother-in-law. If you are looking for a safe, secure and VERY clean assisted living environment -with a family atmosphere for your loved one – this is the place! Nola handles all medications and coordinates Doctor/Therapy and even beauty appointments. She is very strict about the safety and wellbeing of her family which includes our mother-in-law. Nola is compassionate yet firm so that your loved one stays as healthy and happy as possible. I admire her so much! She is experienced with age-related dementia and the challenges of working with an incontinent patient who is also a fall risk. She recognizes when additional or urgent care is needed (such as urinary tract infections which are common with aging patients) and immediately addresses these situations. Nola also makes sure you have frequent communication. She even helps us Face-Time my mother-in-law when we can’t travel to visit her. Your loved one will be safe and well cared for here!
