My. Cousin lived at Heritage Hill for several years. He received the best of care. He enjoyed the enrichment activities and field trips. He loved the food. He said his studio apartment was comfortable and clean. He had dementia and some physical and psychological problems. The staff was unfailingly compassionate, patient, and caring. They were very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. They were patient and supportive of me. I would highly recommend Heritage Hill Assisted Living!

Mom moved in 3 months ago and immediately felt a part of the community at Heritage Hill. The staff here is very welcoming, compassionate and caring to all residents. They have activities going on throughout the day to enhance the residents quality of life physically, mentally and emotionally. It’s true that it’s hard to reach mom during the day because she’s busy enjoying life here. Oh, and she likes the food too!!

Outstanding facility with amazing staff! My mother was a patient until her passing in 2021, and now my father is a resident. The staff is so kind and compassionate. It was a difficult decision to move dad out of his home, but having seen first hand how well mom was cared for made this much easier. I truly know he is in the best place he can be. This is a fantastic Assisted Living with a great memory care wing! The entire staff is welcoming and caring. The residents are always smiling and happy when I visit Heritage Hill, which says a lot about how happy they are there!

I went with my friend to visit her relative. I highly recommend taking a peek and getting some info if you're family is in need of a great place. The staff was incredibly kind and right there in minutes when needed. I didn't eat but the smell from the kitchen was fabulous. I highly recommend Heritage Hills.

I’ve been to events and have seen how beautiful the facility/community. It’s so bright and cheerful you’ll be greeted with a smile. You can tell the people who are here are here for the residents. One day I will keep this in mind for myself and family! The food has always been good, and the activities and events are always so positive. Nice to see a place where is family centered and there to enlighten the community of how we should cherish and treat our elders and anyone for that matter. I’ve been shown nothing but respect for everyone in the building and myself. Wish I could ass more stars

I was able to join Heritage Hill for an outing and I have never seen a group of staff that care and support the residents they serve. It’s so nice to see all the amazing thing that they have going on and the delicious food. I can’t wait to go back and visit in the future.

There is always something fun happening on the Hill!! We enjoyed happy hour on Monday night with the residents. They enjoyed snacks, goodie bags and pumpkins Every one was crowned as royalty by two adorable young ladies! This community is beautiful representation of all you would ever want for your loved ones. The staff is phenomenal highly recommend even just visiting one of their many events or activities! Never met such an amazing loving group of people. The culinary department makes such amazing food I only wish they would open a restaurant for us to eat in.

Absolutely the finest facility in this area. The staff is amazing and include the residents almost daily in activities and fun times. Heritage Hill has great events for the residents many times throughout the year. They are so much fun to attend for the community and the residents. The atmosphere takes the sting away when you think of a place to have your loved one go. The ideas and outings that occur just to help the residents feel they don’t have a mundane existence but fun happy moments for them. It’s shows as I see the pictures with lots of smiles and happy faces. The team at HH does an amazing job. Tuscola County is very blessed to have such a facility like HH.

Heritage Hill exceeded my expectations. The employees at all levels focus on the well being of each resident. They are knowledgeable and truly caring. I have observed their great problem solving skills with my mother who has advanced Alzheimer’s Disease and her unique issues. The facility is warm and cheerful. The food is great. The activities and events are engaging and fun. In one word--- a godsend. I highly recommend Heritage Hill to others.

My family and I came to heritage hill for a halloween trunk or treat. The entire family had a great time and the clients and staff that participated in the event were all awesome and very nice to my children can't wait for next year.

Heritage Hill is such a beautiful home for our lived ones. The staff ate always super friendly and welcoming. I love when I walk in the door and the Heritage Hill family is sitting around the community table either having meals or doing activities together. Residents are always very happy and well taken care of. The building and grounds are one of the cleanest I've ever visited. 100% would call on this Team again yo help care for family members.

I have volunteered here multiple times for events and absolutely love the interactions of the staff and residents!
